Did not feel properly welcomed by bar staff at “In the Mix” Bar was cluttered with previous guest glassware. Opposite side had bill folder on it. It was off putting so we sat at a high top. They did not have ingredients to make “Signature Cocktail” so I ordered a beer instead. It came with an insect in it.  Elevator bezel are missing and/or falling off. Ice machine room had holes in the wall.  What made the stay nice was the food and staff at The California’s. They were VERY friendly, we felt catered to and felt like a true guest.

This time, I chose to stay at Sheraton because it’s very close to Universal Studios, and the surrounding environment is great. It’s a very comfortable place, perfect for relaxation and leisure. Highly recommended! I hope to stay here again next time.😊

Very good

The hotel location is good and very close to the studios.  the elevator is too old and the door got stuck multiple times when I took it. In the day I checked out, there was no hot water for whole hotels for more than 1.5 hours.

I booking the room for my family 2 adults 2 kids and kid stay free but i didn’t know i have to make a bed for my kids by myself too.

Amazing service. We got in late and requested a late check out, they were very accomodating. Close to In and Out for late night eats

The hotel and staff were amazing! Walking distance from universal and not too pricey! Nice refreshing infused water in the lobby and they even served starbucks!

Customer service OnPoint checked in, was awesome well sat at the bar ordered the flatbread pizza some drinks tasty to say the least great job great stay great room pool could use a little updating still nice the guy that checked me in. Don’t want to mess up his name, but was nothing less than impressive to say the least, will definitely stay there again. Shuttle ride to the park and back was well received. Thank you for the great stay.

Everything is amazing but if hotel can provide sleepers and toothbrush amenities will be much better

it is disappointed/ unexpected parking is not included, need to pay extra. July 21-22 when we stay , employees strike in the early morning and wake us up. Employee signed me up to earn their reward points but as now still did not received any email or confirmation.....

Best place to stay

Classy upscale room near Universal Studios and CityWalk. Corner rooms provide great skyline views.
