The hotel staff and breakfast were excellent at all times. Our room had an issue with the bathroom faucet which was temporarily fixed. Close to the beach and the rooftop pool has all day sun and was quiet during our stay. Would recommend for a night or two if visiting the nearby old town or islands.

The hotel was in a good location for a good price. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The hotel was in a great location for the beach or to head to the main city center by taxi. The breakfast was standard fare, but it was nice. The room was clean and standard. I thibk the price and location were a great value. The hotel staff was very polite and I would stay here again.

Well the food was terrible. My husband was sick to his stomach for 2 days. They took care of the cost though. Breakfast was ok. Room was very small especially for travellers with big luggage. We also had no tv for a day and a half out of the two days we were there. Not in Cartagena for tv but it’s nice at night before bed and in the morning. But that never happened. Staff was not that pleasant. We were at the pool bar for a few hours one night. No service hardly at all. The staff was more interested in watching the soccer game than paying customers and being in the restaurant hotel business my whole life that is not acceptable Will never stay again. Location is great though.

Nice, close to the beach Car 1 in Bocagrande, to the center 10’ taxi for a couple of euros great pool, great view in all directions. Breakfast and reception are on the 16th floor

It's not even as good as domestic express hotels, let alone Hilton Garden Inn. It's a brand-breaking hotel. There's not even a glass. You have to use your hands to get water when brushing your teeth. The soundproofing is also very poor. The breakfast variety is pitiful.
