Metro Plaza Hotel Reviews

I stayed here to be as close as I could to Dodger stadium. The hotel is older, but it holds up. It has a very 1970s Quincy ME investigation look to it. The bed was firm but comfortable. There were lots of Dodgers fans staying here. The staff was very kind and wanted us to have a good stay. On-site covered parking is only $5 and right near Union Station to take a free bus to the game. The hotel needs a face lift, but as long as the service is as good as it was with very kind people, it's worth the lack of other amenities. If I was going to another game or visiting Chinatown, I would stay here again.

All good, room is very new and clean and satff are helpful and friendly. Only thing can be improve is to provide a receipt to client who leave a luggage in storage. shower head could use a smaller spay, and adjustable head.

Good hotel overall. Despite the negative reviews I had a good time here. With such an affordable price, you do not expect a St Regis service so it's good enough for me.

this hotel is quite retro looking like something about of 1970s. LatinX housekeeping and other staff are super friendly. Main advantage is very short walk to Union train station.

I got upgraded to a bigger room. I got my reservation dates wrong but I can fully refund it. Not at the price of the Chinese receptionist arguing me to change dates instead!!

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No Hot water. Very dirty carpet that looked like the last clean was last century. Room stunk of what I would not like to say. Doors had obviously be jimmied open many times which made us feel unsafe.A two star rating was far to generous. We knew it was two stars when booking but it was so close to Union Station for a very early start the next morning so took the punt. It was a huge mistake. This place needs to be shut down. Sorry but the truth.
