Big family hotel with many entertainment available, but room condition is not as new. Balcony area is dusty probably due to the road constructions downstair.

Not bad but too crowded

The facilities are excellent, lots to do. The staff VERY helpful & the rooms are clean & tidy. The only thing that let's it down is it's location, it's not near anything within walking distance like shops. I would recommend staying here but only if you are in a tour party or if you have your own transport.

Xiaoting at the front desk provided excellent service. She arranged the room quickly and skillfully. Genting is as cost-effective as ever. The room is spacious and has a private hot spring. The hot spring area is well arranged with more than 100 pools and has mountain characteristics. It is also equipped with a constant temperature swimming pool. It is a hot spring hotel with high comprehensive scores. Thanks again to Xiaoting for her thoughtful service. I will come again next time~

Whiskey is as good as ever, with considerate service, beautiful environment, and rich ions. There are also many facilities in the park, including KTV, gym, chess and card room, foot bath, more than 100 hot springs, and a hiking trail, which is suitable for hiking enthusiasts like me. I must give it 5 points

This is my second time to Genting. I stayed in the Starry Sky Family Room before and the kids liked it very much. This time I stayed in the Premium Pool Room which was also good. The environment was good, there were many pools, the water was clean, there was a sauna, a hot bed, and the hot spring swimming pool was good. The breakfast buffet was also good. I will come again next time.

Cleanliness: Checked in at 4:30, but the room was not cleaned yet. I waited in the living room until 5:30 to clean it. Facilities: Checked in on the 3rd. After cleaning the room, I wanted to wash my hair, but found that there was no hot water. . . Then I could only go to the hot spring area to take a bath and soak in the hot spring. As a result, the hot spring water was all around 35°, which was not even the human body temperature of 37°. I was speechless. Environment: The surrounding area was all yellow sand wasteland. The buffet dinner was also average, but the soup rice noodle rolls for breakfast were very good. Four people spent a total of more than 2,100, which was not cost-effective. . .

There were so many people during the Chinese New Year that the elevator on the 24th floor couldn't be used after 6 o'clock. What's more exciting is that the hot spring water in the hot spring pool could not be released from 8 o'clock to 11:30 in the evening. The independent hot spring pool became a decoration. I wanted to take a bath to sleep but didn't. Later, there was no water in the faucet. The service is really invincible.

There were quite a lot of people during the New Year. It was not bad the second time I went there. Fruits and teas in the hot spring lounge: all were available, but when the child wore his own slippers to soak in the hot spring, his shoes were taken away by someone else.

The hotel offers a variety of free activities, including carnival-style stall games, fireworks experience, and wine tasting, which are very exciting! The hot spring area has a variety of options. Not only are there many different types of hot spring pools, but there are also swimming pools and water play facilities. Due to the ongoing construction near the hotel, the soaking pool in the room was a bit dusty, so we did not use it. The hotel staff was considerate, but the attitude of the staff in the hot spring area was relatively average. We agreed to book a massage service, and my husband and I hurriedly finished the hot spring bath and arrived at the front desk on time at the agreed time. As a result, the staff did not arrange a technician and said that it was not confirmed. If she had explained in the morning that it could not be arranged, we could have stayed in the hot spring longer and there was no need to be so hurried. It was very disappointing at the time. 

Facilities: There are many large and small hot spring pools, which are nice. Environment: The room environment feels quite good, there is a slide in the room, and the children have a lot of fun. There are many people during the Spring Festival, but it is acceptable. Service: There are many waiters and their attitude is good. Hygiene: Maybe there are more people, the hygiene will be worse, but it is acceptable.
