Big family hotel with many entertainment available, but room condition is not as new. Balcony area is dusty probably due to the road constructions downstair.

Not bad but too crowded

The facilities are excellent, lots to do. The staff VERY helpful & the rooms are clean & tidy. The only thing that let's it down is it's location, it's not near anything within walking distance like shops. I would recommend staying here but only if you are in a tour party or if you have your own transport.

This is the third time I've been here. I always stay at the mountain side. It's a coincidence. Next time I stay, I'll try the opposite room. The buffet this time was amazing! There are so many types and dishes, and the quality is also good! Not bad. It's quite close to Dongguan, a good place for weekend leisure. I will go again next time.

The hotel is located in a remote area, more than an hour away from Huizhou North Station and Luofushan Station. It is not very convenient for those who do not drive themselves, and it is difficult to get an online taxi. You have to increase the price and make an appointment to get a taxi. It would be nice if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus to town. The restaurant is large and you can buy a buffet dinner on the spot. The taste is good, there are many styles and seats. If you don't want to go out for farm-style meals or order takeout at night, consider a buffet. Come early and you can see Taigong cutting pork and singing performances! There are many pools in the public bathing area, and staff are often seen cleaning the pool surfaces. The water in most of the pools is basically clean as water is drawn in and out. The fish in the fish pond are so big that it’s a bit scary. There are many different facilities in the hotel, but I haven't experienced them yet. Overall very good. The only drawback is the drinking water in the room. The elderly like to drink hot water, so the room is equipped with one large and two small bottles of water. The big bottle is fine, but my mother said that she smelled sourness when she opened the lid of the small bottle. She accidentally drank a few sips after boiling it, and ended up having diarrhea a few hours before checking out in the morning.

Although the location is remote, but the hotel wins in the quiet environment, clean rooms, like different hot spring pools, although crowded but always can have a personal rest space, children play slide swimming pool is also very large, I booked the space room, children 145, but can not sleep upright, and the space bed air is not very circulated, air conditioning basically can not enter at night sleeping is more hot. Overall worth a visit.

There are many public hot spring baths, steam rooms, water parks, and everything else. It is suitable for a family to play. The service is also attentive and there is plenty of tea.

I came here during Dragon Boat Festival and Labor Day last year, and I brought my children here for the third time during Qingming Festival this year. This time I bought a package with breakfast and dinner, which is very cost-effective. The main room is very clean, and the outdoor swimming pool is also heated, which is very suitable for bringing the elderly and children. It was the first time to eat pork feet ginger in a buffet, which was very considerate and good.

Genting Whisky Hotel is nice, the room is nice, the view and service are good on the high floor, the seafood buffet dinner and breakfast are very rich, there is also roast suckling pig, band performance, it is worth coming again
