The really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, staff very helpful and the food was good. I will definitely visit again. They have activities in the wetland park such as go-karts, dirt bike riding and bumper cars.

Decent hotel, a few local restaurants nearby however commute can be bothersome

Excellent resort, it is probably one of the best resort I stayed before. I reached early, around 5am in the morning, but the lobby reception staff so nice and helpful, she ask me to wait for a while, she can let me check in early. And the next day when I check out, she also give me a local souvenir,,

It’s a great place to get away as a couple or as a family, hot springs are good but not much of a food choice around the hotel.

Since the public area hot spring is relatively small, I personally suggest that the hotel can arrange three pools of hot spring water for each room for free, which would be perfect😊

We didn't go down to share the hot spring, but all had hot springs in the room. The only bad thing is that our air conditioning heater keeps blowing cold air. The weather was still very cold in early March. The customer service went several times and still couldn't fix it, but was very responsible and trying to find a way. Will not ignore it. The service at the front desk was also very good. Finally, the front desk lady informed me that she would bring up the heater she used for us to use, and she also brought two at a time, and added three quilts. Warm ~ The service is really good.
