We had a concert at the O2 and so booked due to its location. Unfortunately it is a good 20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube and you can’t get a straightforward train/tube to the O2, it involves DLR and tube. We ended up ordering an uber. Hotel room was lovely, bathroom are extremely spacious. Beds were very comfy. Although there was air conditioning the system kept on just turning itself up to 22 and in some cases 24! Made the room really hot and so we had to turn it off. Steam room was broken, didn’t use any of the other facilities. Nice to have a free bottle of water and there were things like nail files, makeup wipes etc, as well as the normal shower gel and shampoo.
Welcoming staff, staffs at reception, restaurant and also cleaning staffs are nice and professional. Quick response when our toilet blocked.
We were staying at the junior suite, quiet even the room is by the street, good sound proof. Enjoy the sunlight shining into the room in the morning. Shower is strong, having good and relaxing shower. Air con in the room kept us at a good temperature despite the weather outside.
Breakfast provided were excellent, we looked forward to the breakfast every morning even on our third day staying at the hotel.
Nice neighbourhood with a few supermarkets around, a gym across the street with a good price for 1 day pass. Lots of restaurants around range from western food to Asian food.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel near Euston station for trains to other cities in the UK.

The hotel is located near the popular Oxford street. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to bond street underground. The location is convenient. The breakfast is very rich. There is a buffet breakfast and you can order other items, such as pancakes.
The room is normal London size, but the toilet is a little weird. A higher level, so be careful when entering and exiting. The carpet is averagely clean and has some wear and tear.
Overall not bad👍

Hotel is quite old and seems to be starting to run down. The hotel had to perform an essential electrical panel change starting at 10am but didn’t advise the guests until after 11am. They weren’t sure how long it would take. As a visitor to London we were fine with that. So in the am they provided some portable lighting so we could shower etc. when we came back to the hotel in the evening, inserted the key card and opened a light and poof our light went out. The duty manager who said he would come back to us, couldn’t find the portable lighting, and after 45 minutes went to the lobby to see what was happening. They finally decided to offer us another room to sleep in for the night. Anyways, the following day I happened to see the hotel manager by chance in the restaurant and after a chat they offered to credit one night stay which we appreciated. Love the location.
I booked this hotel as a gift for family during a rugby match. The hotel failed to locate our booking, they then attempted to charge my family again despite me prepaying online, they eventually put my family in a room but not the family room with 2 double beds that I had paid for, instead they put them in a disabled room with one bed forcing a 15yr old boy to share with his grandma. The hotel acknowledges their mistake but failed to compensate us and instead only offered us the discounted price for the room they gave us. Caused unnecessary stress and downgraded customers who were not happy. Not good management of a hotel. Location is obviously ideal, room was clean and tidy and it’s great for rugby fans and those attending matches. It’s just disappointing about the service we received and the hotels failure to acknowledge and compensate appropriately. One positive was the SA rugby team were also in the hotel!
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

Overall, great hotel experience but I can understand where other customers' complaints were coming from (especially if booked price was not nicely priced/deal/etc.).
On location alone, this Radisson Blu hotel is hard to beat. Right by Bond Street and Elizabeth line, it is super convenient to get to and from directly from Heathrow Airport.
Staff/service is kind and helpful. I arrived a little early (for normal check in) but receptionist helped with an early check in because the room was available, no problem.
The unfortunate is there was/is definitely construction going on right across the property (September 2024), but it wasn't that bad or a nuisance and it is what it is.
Was impressed with the look, cleanliness, and staff at Raddison Red. Loved the free WiFi always a bonus. A good menu food wise even though I didn’t partake in any food this time round.
My only problem was that my shower tap squirted out from all angles! Shower was still good but may have been better. Funky phones in the room and adequate info throughout
Stayed for a night before flight.
Booked 3 rooms for family and each room was opposite ends of the hotel, you couldn't get much further apart! 2 rooms pretty standard one room felt like it hadn't been used in a long time, lots of little moths in the room and large dust particles in the air, the bathroom could do with some tlc as the wall covering in the bath was coming off and some holes in the tiles could be filled and the sealant on the bottom of the glass shower screen could do with replacing or cleaning and a light bulb needs changing.
It w a little disappointing as stayed 2 months earlier and room was nice and felt new had everything in the room including shoe cleaning kits and sewing kit

SSHUGUOThe location is convenient for traveling, there are many restaurants around the hotel, and the hotel service is good.
The space layout of the room is reasonable, it will not appear crowded, and the decoration style is modern and comfortable.

SSHERJELI am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available.
Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved.
Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
AAdrian StevenStayed as a single for a trip to Covert Garden . Very small 'superior' single room although this did have a large bed . Facilities were clean ; but a shame there was no bedside light , so either bright overhead lights or darkness. A lot of gurgling noises from the pipes all night . Coffee machine did not work properly. Bed was comfortable . Breakfast was fairly good and the staff were helpful .
This would be a better review were it not for my experience in the shower in the morning . From a comfortable temperature, the water suddenly turned scalding hot and I had to leap out of the shower. My skin was visibly reddened ( and I have pigmented skin) . Very worrying to think what could have happened with an older person or a child. There must be a failure of thermostatic control if the cold water supply is being used elsewhere. I notified the front desk about this and I hope that the situation is corrected asap for the future safety of other guests.
22039315893The location is very convenient. It is a walking distance to BURBERRY's largest flagship store and Chinatown. The Museum of Art Museum is just a walk away. It is also very convenient to see the phantom. I am going to choose here next time. However, the value of money is not necessarily the case, after all, the price is not cheap. But the overall feeling is still satisfactory, and the focus is on convenience. The bar downstairs on the weekend was a bit noisy.
GGuest UserI’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn
BBellayinghanThe hotel is an independent western-style building. I just don't understand why there are three hotels of the same brand within a few steps of the hotel. I walked to the third one. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway, shopping and dining are all within walking distance. There are Heytea, Hunan cuisine and Shanghai cuisine not far away. The room has windows for ventilation, the towel rail in the bathroom is still warm, and the clothes drying is super friendly. I am satisfied and may choose to stay again
