We stayed here for one night for a Jin concert at the 02 . On arrival we were a bit early but after a short wait the nicest reception guy ( name unsure) found a twin room which was ready for us to check in ,on the 3rd floor, lovely room ,room 369 ,nice view of a park ,huge room, large tv ,everything was spotless, breakfast was amazing and huge amounts to pick from .. same guy checked us out the following morning and even asked if we enjoyed the concert, lovely staff and we shall definitely use again
The hotel is an independent western-style building. I just don't understand why there are three hotels of the same brand within a few steps of the hotel. I walked to the third one. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway, shopping and dining are all within walking distance. There are Heytea, Hunan cuisine and Shanghai cuisine not far away. The room has windows for ventilation, the towel rail in the bathroom is still warm, and the clothes drying is super friendly. I am satisfied and may choose to stay again
The location is very convenient. It is a walking distance to BURBERRY's largest flagship store and Chinatown. The Museum of Art Museum is just a walk away. It is also very convenient to see the phantom. I am going to choose here next time. However, the value of money is not necessarily the case, after all, the price is not cheap. But the overall feeling is still satisfactory, and the focus is on convenience. The bar downstairs on the weekend was a bit noisy.

Love the Marylebone neighborhood. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and when the weather is nice, you can talk everywhere. We walked to Selfridges from the hotel too. there's the tube nearby that gives easy access to the airport, but we also took lots of buses that runs right by the hotel. Would stay there again.
This hotel configuration is weird as there are flights of stairs to some rooms and this is so inconvenient for those with heavy luggages. I was told by staff that the bigger rooms are up the stairs. However, hotel concierge can help with moving luggage. Room looks dated and the coffee machine/ drinking glasses were very dusty. The bathroom is very small so might be an issue with bigger sized people. I had some errands to run and the hotel staff has allowed me to check out later with no extra charges so thank you to the staff especially Yuliz who is friendly and helpful.
Location of hotel is excellent and walking distance to start of main shopping street. The underground train station is also nearby that connects you directly to Heathrow airport.
I can't believe that this is a 5 star hotel, the state of the room was terrible, tatty and dated. We had asked for a twin room and ended up with a double and camp bed, not ideal for a 21 year old to sleep on. We spoke to reception and they just shrugged. I looked up more reviews and see that there are a lot of complaints about the tired rooms so I assume they are use to it.
I saved up to get a nice room, it is a lot of money to me, maybe they only care about their rich regular guests or do you get a bad room if you book with a discount. I was so disappointed as it was a birthday treat or my son.
The only positive was breakfast which was great and friendly staff. I will attach photos to show the state of the room.
I booked this hotel as a gift for family during a rugby match. The hotel failed to locate our booking, they then attempted to charge my family again despite me prepaying online, they eventually put my family in a room but not the family room with 2 double beds that I had paid for, instead they put them in a disabled room with one bed forcing a 15yr old boy to share with his grandma. The hotel acknowledges their mistake but failed to compensate us and instead only offered us the discounted price for the room they gave us. Caused unnecessary stress and downgraded customers who were not happy. Not good management of a hotel. Location is obviously ideal, room was clean and tidy and it’s great for rugby fans and those attending matches. It’s just disappointing about the service we received and the hotels failure to acknowledge and compensate appropriately. One positive was the SA rugby team were also in the hotel!
We had a concert at the O2 and so booked due to its location. Unfortunately it is a good 20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube and you can’t get a straightforward train/tube to the O2, it involves DLR and tube. We ended up ordering an uber. Hotel room was lovely, bathroom are extremely spacious. Beds were very comfy. Although there was air conditioning the system kept on just turning itself up to 22 and in some cases 24! Made the room really hot and so we had to turn it off. Steam room was broken, didn’t use any of the other facilities. Nice to have a free bottle of water and there were things like nail files, makeup wipes etc, as well as the normal shower gel and shampoo.

**Facilities:** The corridors were a bit narrow, and the elevator felt a little out of the way.
**Cleanliness:** Very good.
**Room/Value:** The room size was decent, offering excellent value for money at this price point.
**Service:** The front desk staff were just okay.
**Breakfast:** The breakfast on the second day was absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of being assisted by Limbraina, and I can’t praise her enough! From the moment I arrived, she was warm and welcoming. While I was standing in line ready to check in, she kindly approached me and asked if I needed help. She checked me in swiftly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Her exceptional customer service made my experience truly lovely, and I would happily return solely because of the wonderful way she treated me. Thank you, Limbraina, for going above and beyond!

GGuest UserI had a long flight back from Thailand to Heathrow airport but still had another for hour back home so I booked a night in an airport hotel and went home the next day. The hotel was not to expensive for the room . The food and drinks were expensive but you have to expect it at a hotel so close to Heathrow airport. I will probably stay again when I have another long haul flight.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn
