The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay really pleasant.
The only downside was a slight dusty smell in the room, but overall, everything else was great.
If you're staying multiple nights, I highly recommend using Too Good To Go. You can pick up a breakfast package around noon, which was a nice and budget-friendly option.
I’d definitely consider staying here again!
I stayed for two days with my 26 year old son, was extremely happy with our stay staff all great and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, and in a great location for Excel and tube station to central London. Will definitely stay again.
Great Friendly welcoming staff quick to book us into our room for our stay (booked in earlier than 1500hrs) as going to see a show in London which was arranged in advance. Room was very clean and tidy, nice and comfortable bed slept like a log awoke fresh and ready next day.
Absolutely a must stay at hotel
Many thanks Mr Whitehead
I stayed to join the cncert in Shepherd's Bush Empire.
the location is perfect ,it's 3minutes from the station Shepherd's Bush where there are so many restaurants and food markets.
The biggest shopping cnter in the world is neathere.
Breakfast is same everyday, it's a pitty.
the receptionists are so nice, klnd, smily, helpful to guests.
especially Nicola helped me a lot when the taxi I booked didn't come
He phoned to taxi driver, and taxi company which didn't answer at all.
He tried to access them for many times, and at last he took me to the tube station with 2heavy suitcases、 he carried them up on steps to platform. If he didn't help me,I couldn't find station, nor carried laggages, nor went to the station on time. I really appreciate him.
Perfect location, right outside the metro. Easy checkin and checkout. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurant menu is nice as well. Room is nice, but bathroom is small. Cleaningness wasnt the best, one of the days they didnt even take the trash out. But in general I would recommend and stay there again.
The staff were so friendly . They smile on there faces make one feels welcomed. The environment from the entrance to the room are sparking clean. Though I did not eat anything this time around. I will surely visit again . Really nice place to visit.
Breakfast and rooms were nice however basic, really what you would expect for the money as was good value. The rooms were clean however the hot water in the shower was rather cold. Room service/daily clean is to a basic standard. Staff are very friendly.
Visited this hotel the day before my birthday as a treat from my daughter. Room was nice and the beds were very comfy.
Found the staff very unfriendly especially the young lady on the food counter. Very blunt and no please or thank you when we ordered food. Also a few males walking around who were reception team and a manger, we smiled and said hello without any response, we were booked for 5 days and we would have left and gone elsewhere but it was non refundable.
What a great place to stay, bright clean room. Good price with excellent buffet breakfast. . Staff are very helpful and nice.. can buy snack and the meal is reasonable price. Clean moden style hotel. Sky bar and bowling near by. Excellent entertainment before go to airport. So convenient to go to airport, just few minutes away from bus stop. Easy to go to london town centre as well.
Kind staff helped us with early check-in and printing a travel document. We are walkers and Tube riders so the location was great for us. I would return!

PPokto FanThe price/performance ratio is relatively high, you need to take a bus to go to the subway station / cross the multi-vehicle highway to go to the LRT.
The hotel next to the residential area has a beautiful environment, but there are not many choices for eating.
