Ibis Hotels in London

I've stayed here four times now, and the service is excellent every time! On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast and a lovely room overlooking the river. The bed and pillows are comfy, and the rooms are always quiet - perfect for a good rest. Check-in and check-out are always very smooth. The location is great too, with the DLR and Elizabeth Line nearby (only 15–20 minutes from Liverpool Street), which makes it really convenient. I’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect location, right outside the metro. Easy checkin and checkout. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurant menu is nice as well. Room is nice, but bathroom is small. Cleaningness wasnt the best, one of the days they didnt even take the trash out. But in general I would recommend and stay there again.

Kind staff helped us with early check-in and printing a travel document. We are walkers and Tube riders so the location was great for us. I would return! Check out the Burrough Market!

The hotel location is very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants around. It is also close to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was basic but bed comfy. Location good for what needed it for. Most staff need a get a personality and atleast smile. Axel was polite and helpful after other staff couldn’t really care less and not great attitude. Shift team leader pleasant enough but his enthusiasm didn’t reflect other staff.

A good stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the bathroom was suited to wheelchair access, with a wetroom shower, which means the whole floor tends to get wet. And there was absolutely no shower shelf for shampoo soap, etc which would have been useful. Likewise there was no space around the sink, with everything including hand towels crammed onto the edges, with nowhere to place your wash bag, etc.

The rooms are modern and basic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sutton. Comfortable bed and pillows Clean rooms with air con Nice bathroom with excellent shower Staff were helpful and polite Only issue was being woken by the very keen cleaning staff on the dot of check out time, after I’d arranged a later checkout with the reception team the night before. Otherwise, it was good.

Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!

The room can accommodate three people. There is a sofa that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. It is necessary to note that the UK hotel basically has no toothpaste and toothbrush and the slippers need to carry the hotel. The hotel has a buffet breakfast £7.5. An ibis is a choice that I will go to in many countries. The hotel chain Accor Group's blessing quality is very guaranteed and the price is moderate for students to accept
