Stayed for 2 nights, the room was generally clean but the bathroom had some kind of rotten egg drainage smell. Luckily the odor didn’t impact the room when keeping the bathroom door closed. Good location with easy access to Heathrow Terminal 2&3.

The hotel has got a modern design. Everything is new. Having Air-con is superb. Room is spacious. But there is no refrigerator. No amenities other than shampoo and toilet paper. Good location situated 10-12min from Ealing Broadway tube station

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

Very satisfied, breakfast is rich, the room is quiet, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the air conditioning is easy to use, this hotel is a good stay experience. The front desk clerk is also very friendly,
