Good stay with this hotel. This is a little note: The room don’t have the shampoo. Don’t forget to bring it by your self

Not even should be under the hotel category at all. It is more like a hostel. No cleaning of the room; no towels changing, which was picked by used towels back on the racks. No amenities available. The worst place that we’ve stayed. Prices was high up charge like a hotel, but with a hostel place. Not recommend to stay at this place at all

The beds are really bad! The guys on the reception weren't friendly, breakfast is basic

It was conveniently located near Paddington Station and easy to get to the airport. The room was small but relaxing, and it was great to have lots of outlets. The breakfast was simple, with toast, boiled bread, ham, cheese, cereal, etc., but the check-out time was late at 11am, so I was able to take my time.

The room is very small, the bathroom has a serious water leak, the shower water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and there are power outages. I stayed here with my child for ten days. The woman at the front desk had a very bad attitude, her face was cold as if she owed a debt. The pillow was so smelly on the first day that I wanted to vomit. The bed sheet was black and dirty. I asked them to change it, but they didn't change it until the second day. I could only use a towel as a cushion at night, and the towel was not changed. Later, I told them that the pillow was smelly and I used the towel as a pillow, so they changed it. The cleaning was just to take out the garbage, and the towels and bedding were changed every week. I didn't change the room when I changed to a quadruple room, but I asked you to change the single room immediately (I booked a double room and my daughter went to school to live in the dormitory).
