Hotel Indigo London - Tower Hill Reviews

Great location and friendly service.

The hotel room is very small, much smaller than it looks in the photos. The room is on the fifth floor and the elevator is broken. You have to go to the fourth floor and then walk up. The hotel does not have a chef at noon and in the evening. The restaurant directly buys food from the Chinese restaurant next door and adds a 20% service charge. Avoid it.

Close to several metro lines, attractions such as the Tower Bridge and Tower Hill, and within reasonable walking distance of Liverpool train station.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London
