Forgot to take photos of the actual room. Compared to the photos, the room is 10x darker irl. It’s very dim - if that’s the kind of vibe you’re after go ahead. Location is excellent, 2mins walk from Piccadilly Circus station. Walking distance to Soho, Covent Gardens, Regent Street. Average customer service, nothing unpleasant but nothing to shout about. Same goes for cleanliness. I like that they have infused water and fruits for guests at the lobby and 2 packets of cookies that they replenish everyday.

Excellent service from start to finish, especially thanks to Don at Front Desk, he was just so generous and really went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure my other half and I had an amazing and memorable birthday weekend at The Dilly! Thank you for all the special touches! The perfect location in the heart of London, close to Soho, Chinatown, Piccadilly, Mayfair, St James’, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden. Lovely pool area, but just missing a sauna and would be fantastic if there was a jacuzzi! Breakfast was lovely, just a good amount of variety in a lovely dining space. Would highly recommend for a couples weekend away - we stayed in the Executive room (9th floor) which was spacious, the bed was super comfy and a modern room overall with views of the shard, London eye and Tower of London. Thanks for making our weekend!

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Eleni guest relations went out of her way to ensure my birthday break passed with a bash ! Champagne and chocolates balloons rose petals really made they stay so special… it was really appreciated.

I booked a superior room with Kingsize bed and I was quite disappointed. The part of the hotel has very old rooms. Old furnitures and the room is dull and not very clean. I have shared some picture which I took.  I was changed to a different room after I complained which was only slightly better. The manager wasn’t receptive and dismissive, can do better. Just like the great British empire, this Hotel is on its way down! Sad.  The location and amenities are good but you can find similar room at much lesser price. The terrace restaurant has few staffs who shouldn’t be in service industry, not at all welcoming.  Overall, I feel they can do better! For the price you pay, everything falls short.

The best location and old world charm with oversized rooms. Staff lovely and piano bar Friday and Saturday night a lot of fun.

Rooms were a little dated and the WiFi was rubbish but the beds were amazing and had a great night sleep. Breakfast was really good, probably one of the best I’ve ever had

This hotel is pure paradise. The room size is perfect, bed sublime, staff exceptional and location beyond brilliant. I swapped my regular London five star hotel for the Dilly several trips ago. I’ll never change again. Selim, the senior guest relations manager is the best in the business. I’ll return in two weeks and know my stay will be pure bliss. Thank you all so very much for your hospitality. Look no further if you want the best place to stay in London.  Many thanks, Emma 

A welcoming hotel with high standard and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast is fantastic and in grand surroundings. I will be staying there again.

Amazing location and all the staff looked after us from the moment we walked into the hotel.

The air conditioner was terrible and not working. They tried to convince me that my room of 26C/80F was OK. When I asked to change rooms, the lowest the new room would get was 23C/74F, which was barely tolerable. And the windows didn’t open for ventilation. The hotel is run down and due for a renovation.

Great location. Good stuff. Good breakfast. But 9 floor a lot of people using only one small elevator. Other one was out of service. Always full. It takes half an hour for lift queue.

A wonderful stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.A big shout out to Selim and his team for the beautiful decorations in the bedroom.. my husband was so pleased! Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to an Exec King Bed. Also staff in Madhu’s were ever so helpful. Excellent customer service from Neha and Amrit. A special thank you to Saka in front desk for his help too with the USB adapter!Hotel is in a superb location, rooms are big and spacious. Could do with a bit of updating though, which I believe they are in the process of doing. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
