I thought the halls on the lower ground floor, as well as my room, was quite dirty. Most of the carpets had very large stains. Additionally, my room (105) had a small leak in the shower wall.

Fire alarm sudden rang during sleep hours and disturb on guest. Cafeteria staff did not take care well on bakery toast machine and sudden got fire burning.

The hotel room rate fluctuates at any time. Later it became cheaper, so I extended my stay for another day. For detailed comments, please see the previous comment. This time, I would like to specially praise a service lady at breakfast named RIMA. She is not a native of the UK. I have said that she has a little accent. She is very talkative, humorous and enthusiastic. She will take the initiative to introduce you to the food. I wanted to take a photo with her, but she was not on duty on the last day.
