Staff is very friendly, safe, and security !Rooms are clean daily ! Great rooms .Your own shower toilets on every floor have a nice cafe already and a lounge and another big lounging area!

Not Asian guest welcome and friendly , impolite night security guard. Not recommend traveling and spending time longer than one day

I stayed 1 night. The room was good, little noisy facing to the main road. Shower in the room was convenient as the other shower on the floor wasn’t working or was only cold water coming. The bed was really good, bed linen was smelling fresh. I felt content and quite comfortable for the bargain price. 🙏🏻

The backpacker motel needs a bigger label, or else very hard to find. A bit smelly and dirty

Awesome place with a comfy bed. This dormitory is located near the train station, which is really helpful for travelling.

The security guy was friendly and helped carry my luggage, which was a bit of relief to me. The place was a bit below what I am used to. Not my kind of place, would not revisit. The location is very close to the train station, which is very convenient.

Not the best hostel as it is not the cleanest but it does the job - pay attention that it would be great to have a 10 pound with you for the key deposit. The wifi was not working.

Good links into central London and Elizabeth line. Notting Hill and Ladbroke grove close and W12 Westfield. The shops close early though about 9 pm . Have to walk 1/4 of a mile to petrol station at Wilsden junction. In this weather, 🤣 crazy. Good hostel. Warm and loads of different people from around the world.

It was decent. The service not so great. Close to basic amenities

I was not informed that there will be a 10£ cash only deposit for the key, when I arrived at 11:40pm without cash I have no choice but only their ATM, yes there is a ATM machine right by their reception, and it charge me 1.5£ to withdraw 10£.that’s how they make the money. And there was only one plug per room and my pillows and quilt smelled horrible.

The amenities were kind of hard to find even with the signs, but overall, it was a rather good stay.

The location is not that good. And they need cash for key deposit without card payment. It’s not convenient.

Excellent service
