For the price I paid and its central location to Myeongdong shopping center, I would say it was very affordable compared to other locations. I was more interested in a location was able to accommodate my big family of 11 and 3 rental cars and this was the only affordable location that offered a 5 room package. I wished it had more amenities such as a fridge in the room but it only came with a hot water pot. With the hotel also being used as a mall parking lot the elevators were very busy which was big hassle and a long wait everytime we had to use it. But the view to Seoul Tower was a plus.

Good location, very convenient to shopping street and have Giordano - Byeon Woo Seok & Olive Young at 1st floor!

My room was really big, with a separate sitting area and a very spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and shower areas. My room was really clean, and the housekeeping was done every day. The location is perfect, as most of the tours get you pick up at the metro station exits nearby. The front desk staff were not nice at all, neither helpful nor professional. The check out time is 11 am and check in time is 3 pm, which are the earliest and latest times I've ever seen. The breakfast selection was mediocre, but the food was alright. It starts at 7, which is also incredibly late for a hotel breakfast. I'd recommend to not get it and eat in a variety of places nearby.

first time staying here and will repeat for sure. location is AMAZING. near to bus airport limosine. at least 6 halal restaurants less than 5 mins walk, 12 story daiso and shopping at myeongdong everyday. purchased no windows for cost saving but loved that theres a fake window. the toilets had bidets which is the absolute cherry on top. lockers were provided and were very easy to use. highly recommended.

Convenience is key! This has the best location in myeong dong I would say, everything is just nearby and even olive young is on L1. We booked a bigger room and it’s big enough for us to open up 2 luggages! Lots of street food to eat and shoppers haven!

The only reason for staying there is the convenience for food and shopping. This is just like a 3 star hotel. Check in strictly at 3pm. Or like 2.50 pm.

Great location with basic amenities. Good that there are lockers for storing our luggages before check-in since we arrived early before the official check-in time. Lots of restaurants, cafes, street food stalls & shops in Myeongdong.

Location is very good. Oliveyoung at the first level of hotel. Free luggage storage. Reception lent us universal adapter as the socket was loose using ours.

-Hotel is extremely small for 1 pax. -Stayed in room 819 -Aircon is not adjustable. It was centralized at 27 degree and the touch screen buttons is not working. (since it is centralized) -Went down to the hotel concierge and request for their facilities team to adjust the aircon. (it was stuffy to an extend) -Toilet is ridiculously small I had difficulty using the bathroom. -Injured myself when stepping into the bathtub to shower as there was no space to even move my feet. -Door was banging against the toilet bowl in order to close the door. (Pathetic small) -Bathtub has a seat in it, restricting space in the bathtub for guests who do not use seating area. -Shower curtain was getting in the way when showering. -Water from the tap was creating some weird noise like the pipe is gonna break. -TV entertainment is very limited. (guess it is to cater to foreigners since it only has CCTV & TVB channel) korean channel is very limited. - Plug in the hotel room is terrible. Plug is faulty, when I remove the charger plug, whole bracket from the table came off ??? - 1 of the charging port is not working. I had to unplug the TV cable, to be able to use to charging port. - Lift lobby is pathetic. 1 of the lift is always/forever in maintenance. (so technically only 1 lift to cater to ALL guest after 10pm) the other entrance infront of Olive Young is closed after 10pm. - No proper lobby for bus/cab to stop at. It is just by the road side. (I do not understand how a hotel lobby is so inconvenient.

Room is very small with limited facilities. Receptionists are not very helpful. Location is great, among the shopping street and near the metro station as well as bus stop.

Have a great stay at here. Very convenient with everything. Must enjoy local food here fresh n yummy.

Location is the best !!! Olive young is just right on the ground floor of the hotel . Hotel is located at Exit 6 from Myeongdong station 👏🏼

Bathroom curtain is old and dirty. Washing basin and toilet seat has stain. Room is old renovation. Hotel is too crowded with tour and elevator is always full. I noticed many room has a broken green makeup light flashing. It was very annoying and disturbing blanking in front of you when sleep. Have to ask several times until a guy to fix it. After an hour, it is flashing again. Breakfast is not attractive. Everyday is curry chicken and rice. This is not breakfast. Breakfast is ham, bacon, scrambled egg and yogurt, but none is available. I has a cut and leg is bleeding. Asked front desk for a bandage tape. The girl didn't understand. Manager came and refused to provide. He said they DONT have a first aid kit for a 4 stars hotel. Later he said it ran out. After begging him, he was so rude to throw a bandage tape to me from a drawer. I'm paying & living in 4 stars hotel. If this is not urgent and my leg is bleeding, I won't beg on him. He was so rude and thought I need to buy from store or pay for it. Besides the hotel location, I only give 1 star. No service , room is old, breakfast not attractive, staffs so rude and hotel is overcrowded.

Friendly staff and clean environment to stay. Easy access around. Looking forward to book again the next visit.
