I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Give it a try - it's worth its price! Great place (if you like loft-like style) to stay and great selection for breakfast too.

Only minus is related to room service. Was informed that by standard service takes 45 minutes, even to deliver some drinks. Apart from that, everything was great!

Location is good but hotel car parking is not free.

Amazing hotel in the best location in Łódź. Clean rooms, super spacious lobby and the pool is simply amazing. The parking is a bit pricey compared to the surrounding area, but everything else is great.

The spa area is very nice, the rooms are large, the bathroom with a bathtub and shower is a huge plus ☺️

It's friendly and in front of a shopping mall, so it's nice to go outside and look around. I didn't know there was a parking fee, but it costs 70 zloty. And I've never seen a hotel with such a wide hallway and lobby room in my life.

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. From the very first moment, everything was perfect – the warm welcome at reception, the stylish ambience, and the impeccable service made my stay a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the stunning view from the spa area. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – I've rarely slept so well! What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff: attentive, courteous, and always with a smile. You immediately notice that hospitality is lived here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a short break, a business trip, or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!
