I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Nice staff, great location and the building is pretty cool. The pool is special on the roof

Give it a try - it's worth its price! Great place (if you like loft-like style) to stay and great selection for breakfast too.

Only minus is related to room service. Was informed that by standard service takes 45 minutes, even to deliver some drinks. Apart from that, everything was great!

Location is good but hotel car parking is not free.

Amazing hotel in the best location in Łódź. Clean rooms, super spacious lobby and the pool is simply amazing. The parking is a bit pricey compared to the surrounding area, but everything else is great.

It's friendly and in front of a shopping mall, so it's nice to go outside and look around. I didn't know there was a parking fee, but it costs 70 zloty. And I've never seen a hotel with such a wide hallway and lobby room in my life.

Hotel sensational. We had an anniversary and got a nice treat in the room. Breakfasts delicious, view from the sky bar firecracker.

Great hotel despite the passage of years. Junior suite with a view of the manufactory made a big impression. Clean, spacious. Bathtub and shower. Great saunas, average pool. Great sky bar with outdoor space.

Hotel located in the Lodz factory, close to shops and restaurants. Cozy rooms with atmosphere, breakfast very good and a large selection. After a whole day you can relax in the pool

The location is very good, in the red house. Please note that the hotel parking lot is on the right when you leave the house, and there is a rolling door

Nice and cordial service, a big plus for the spacious bathrooms, the biggest positive is the views from the swimming pool.
