Beautiful location, very comfortable and silent spa. A little more attention to the customer would not hurt.

As befits a 5-star hotel, the service was the best! If you travel to Europe, you will know when you check out, but you have to pay additional taxes, so check it out and travel. And the spa is 40 euros (per person), so I recommend doing it.

Very old hotel. Comfortable rooms but the towels and some chipped walls and furniture do not correspond to a five star. They asked me for a taxi to go to the port and in the end a person from the hotel appeared who then made me change cars at the entrance of the port and took me to a place that was not charging me 25 euros. He wanted to charge me more to take me to the right place... The hotel is responsible for this because the initial car was owned by a person from the hotel

Excellent sea front hotel with a beautiful breakfast. All the staff are friendly and the hotel is really nice. Super comfortable beds. I will be back soon.

We booked the hotel and then I read the reviews and thought 'what have we done?'. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. The room was great. Admittedly the hotel is a little worn in places and would benefit from an update but, it's not that bad. The building itself is magnificent and it's position wonderful. The carpet on the landing needs a good clean, not a good look. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and gluten free options available, staff lovely.
