Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Really loved the location of this hotel. It is so close to buses and metro and even the 24 tram goes by.
Loved all the take out restaurants so close.
The area is busy with many local international families and it felt extremely safe to walk around. Everyone was busy working going to and from work and throw in a bunch of tourist and it made it a nice city vibe to be alive in.
100 percent would stay in this area again. We had stayed in other areas that were a little bit more touristy and had larger Resturants but I actually enjoyed the food in the small take out close to the hotel more.
Morning breakfast was fantastic I actually don’t know what else you would want or need. They had it all.
The breakfast area is super clean, and nicely laid out.
The room was a nice size, bathroom a bit dated but did the job. The bed was super cosy for me but understand beds are a personal preference.

Good hotel for solo travellers From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. I especially appreciated the little details—soft bathrobes, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The spa services were top-notch, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s restaurants also exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to different dietary preferences.
The location was ideal, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. Whether exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, I always felt at ease. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

I spent a couple of nights here.
Centrally located, not far from the metro station.
Wi Fi was ok. AC was working well, too.
The first downside is the service. In the morning at the restaurant entrance I was told that I could pay for the breakfast afterwards. In a few hours I received a call and the receptionist informed that I forgot to pay. It's the first time I met such an attitude in 4-stars hotel. Even if I forgot (which was not the case), it's not an issue to simply put the amount on my room. What's the problem here?
Then. The next day I was sleeping in my room and got disturbed by another call. I was asked if I wanted a cleaning in the room. Well, no I didn't since I put a sign ”no disturb”. Again, what's going on with the basic service in this hotel?
The big disappointment was the breakfast. Definitely not worth 12 euros to pay. No fresh juice, no plain yoghurt, the cheapest charcuterie from the discounter supermarket, stale and not fresh fruits (they smelled sour). What a shame for 4-stars breakfast standards! The breakfast is usually much better even in many 3-stars hotels across Iberian peninsula.

The sanitation is very good, the service is very good, I accidentally stained the sheets and they gave me a pad to prevent the sheets from getting dirty the next day

I loved the place very much. It was a good experience. Good treatment from the reception. They have a wonderful kitchen with all the tools available and free drinks. The hospitality is more than wonderful. They have a good small garden and a special place for food. I really recommend the place.

The location of the hotel is very central and ideal for visitors. Located in a good area and in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. The facilities at the hotel are very basic. I personally feel they can upgrade their facilities. The lady who checked us in lacked customer service skills. However, the man who assisted us on check out was just the opposite and extremely helpful. It is such a delight when the staff go the extra mile.

Very clean hotel and very welcoming and friendly staff. Every day the shower towels were changed and everything was tidied up. Every time we entered the room it was as if we were entering it for the first time.
In terms of location, it is very close to the ”Intendente” metro, which allows you to move immediately to the center. The neighborhood, decidedly multi-ethnic, did not give an excellent impression at first glance.
Overall I highly recommend it, it's a really great place to stay.
