love hotel design , provide toiletries complete . everything’s great

The hotel was perfect except I was assigned to a room right underneath the restaurant and may be nearby to the hotel’s housekeeping room. It was so much noise from 6am till 11pm every night. I stayed there for 4 nights and did not have good sleep at all. Avoid room 310.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast. Very nice rooftop bar. Hotel offers lots of small but nice surprises, from welcome letter to farewell chocolates.

If you take a taxi, make sure you check the pick-up and drop-off locations. Don't choose under the bridge. The other hotels are good in all aspects. I was given a room on a high floor. The breakfast is also good. You can sit in the rooftop bar with a good view.

I booked a triple room on the 2nd floor. The lighting was not good because of a small window. Other than that, everything was good. The service was good. The hotel was very design-oriented and clean.

The hotel room is very big. There are three of us, one big bed and one small bed. There is also a sofa in the bathroom. The location is also very good. However, the turndown service is only available on the first night, and water was not provided when requested.

The hotel is on a road beside the roundabout with the statue of Marquis de Pombal on Liberty Avenue. When you exit the hotel, turn left around the island to reach the famous shopping street, and turn right to go to the British Palace shopping mall. Small desserts are served in the lobby bar every afternoon. Unfortunately, the top floor is not open in winter, so I can't go up to bask in the sun.

Facilities: There is a very interesting little elevator as soon as you enter the door. You must try it when you come. Cleanliness: Very well maintained and very clean. Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Liberty Avenue Level, a 20-minute walk to the elevator, and a 30-minute walk to the beach. You can basically walk around the city center. There are convenience stores and pharmacies 2 minutes away. Service: The service was great. I accidentally soiled the sheets on the last day. I told the guy at the front desk how much compensation I needed to pay later. He said, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Finally, he comforted me and said everything was OK. of. The room is only 5cm away on the right side of the elevator entrance. I can’t even touch half a foot. It’s good or bad. It’s decorated next to it. The building is extremely noisy when you open your eyes. As long as there are people going up and downstairs and taking the elevator, it is extremely noisy. There is no soundproofing when talking, and the sound keeps coming and going in the room in the middle of the night! Highly do not recommend this hotel!
