Good location, it was walking distance to multiple places of interest & there were many delicious eateries/coffee around.

This is my second time staying at La Siesta Premium Saigon, and once again, I felt genuinely welcomed and honored to be a guest here. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, Trinh and her team were outstanding in every way. Trinh, in particular, is incredibly professional, kind, and thoughtful—she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. She checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, which truly made a difference in my stay. Her warmth and dedication are among the main reasons I chose to return to this hotel. I would also like to sincerely thank Tri Le, the bellboy, for his helpfulness and the pleasant conversations we shared. He was always ready to assist with my luggage and made me feel truly cared for. I’m also grateful to the rest of the staff for their kindness and support during my stay. I deeply appreciate the hospitality and professionalism of everyone at La Siesta Premium Saigon. It’s a place that feels like home, and I will definitely return again.

I like the design of the room, spacious and comfortable. We had a common door for connecting the 2 rooms we booked which give us more privacy. Location was convenient. However, I found one towel had a bit of smell. The pool was a bit small. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

From the moment we stepped out of our transport upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that lasted until the moment we departed for the airport. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Check-in was swift and efficient, with a refreshing welcome drink. Throughout our visit, the concierge team went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations. When it was time to leave, the hotel staff even waved us goodbye as our transport pulled away—a small but heartfelt gesture that truly made us feel special.

Been staying here 3 times before and recently we had to cancel very last minute due to health issue. The hotel is no way to negotiate an amicable changes/refund. Will never stay here again.

Brilliant staff, so attentive in all areas. Hotel limo to the airport was great with cold towels & water with a lovely wave off from the staff.

The service of this hotel is really excellent. The room is very clean. The bar on top floor is really good as well. Moreover, I like their breakfast very much. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time in Vietnam.

Every single staff member was kind, friendly, and nice. They gave unforgettable memory and service to my wife and me. The breakfast was also tasty, and there was a variety of dishes. We would like to come back next time.
