The hostel was located in a decent area to get to other touristy areas but was located near a bar or nightclub that blasted music until very late at night which was frustrating. No shampoo is given, just some soap. Service was strange when asked about using a visa to pay for the tourist tax. On trip.com it states they accept credit card but they said they didn’t forcing me to borrow cash from a friend.

Everything was nice and very clean. Only mattress was little bit strange and bed was too short for me. Everything else very good.

Only shared bathroom not nice

Staff were very helpful and nice. Amenities were basic and expected for the price. Very good location, walking distance to many sights and cafes and shops. Bag storage after check out is also very helpful.

The staff are nice. The room is big too. But there is no shampoo in the room and no kettle. Close to timeout market.

・ Location - It would be best to find a place to stay between Rossio Station and Cais do Sodré Station, but in terms of cost-performance, I think this hotel near Santos Station is very good. - I stayed here in June, and the street on the hill side was lively with stalls set up every night. ・ Safety - The French Embassy is on the street where the hotel is located, so I don't think the safety is bad. ・Accommodation - There is no sign, but the hotel name is posted on the door and you enter and exit with an electronic key. Please check the email from the accommodation before checking in. - There is a small clothesline, hangers, and a fan in the room, so laundry dried well. - The shared bathroom was clean.

Simple but good, neat. Easily accessible by public transport. You do hear other guests when they walk down the hallway.

Lisbon is a great city with a lot to see and experience. The accommodation was very centrally located and easy to reach by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can eat and shop cheaply and well. Our room was very small, but we only stayed in it to sleep. We knew about shared bathrooms and have done so many times. If you stay longer and have more time, you can also visit Sintra and Fatima from Lisbon.

Good facilities in general to spend a weekend, it has all the basics and it also has a good location and quiet area, the beds are comfortable

Everything was very good, one point that could be improved would be to answer the door as soon as we arrived to check in, the attendant took a while because she was cleaning some rooms. Overall it was great, perfect location close to markets, public transport and 20 min walk from the commerce square. I loved it I will definitely be back.
