The location is situated in the centre of Chiad, which is very convenient for walking or taking metro. The room facilities are basic for just taking sleep there. The bed sheet & shower are ok though.

Poor service. Reminded them two times that there was no shower gel. Ended up I have to go to the front desk to pick up the shower gel myself.

A great hotel worth the money! Foremost, the location is absolutely perfect, located near shops and restaurants, and with the Metro station Baixa-Chiado just several steps outside the door. Another plus is the breakfast, with plenty of choices of good quality food.

Perfectly located as a central hub to make your day trips to all quadrants of the city. Right on top of a major subway line. Two restaurants/cafes directly outside of the hotel with live street performers. Hundred of bars, pubs, and restaurants anywhere within 15 minutes of the hotel. Definitely choose the breakfast add-in if you are looking for a diverse and filling meal without breaking the bank. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are excellent as well. No complaints here.

Hotel in great location. It was recomended by my friend. But we got old fashion room. Ceiling light was blinking and the man came straigh to have a look but was never fixed. Couldt use it as it was soo annoying. Also socket with table light not working. Have to choice charging phone or have a table light on. Shower blocked but was fixed immediately. Smell of dump in whole place. Good breakfast and location.if you want to stay there better to ask for modern room.

Convenient location. If you like the smell of sewage, you can choose this hotel. You asked the waiters to improve it, but they just nodded because they couldn't get rid of the smell in the corridors and service counters.

I booked this hotel based on my sightseeing plans. It wasn't bad, but it was so convenient that every night there was a street musician playing in front of the hotel until late at night, so it was very noisy, so I have to give it a minus. The room was clean. There was a notice at the reception that the airport shuttle service was 20€, but when I asked, they said it would be more expensive because there were three of us. I thought it was okay, but they charged me 10€ extra per person, and I had to pay in cash. I wish they had told me beforehand. However, the driver was clean and drove a new Volkswagen sedan, and the drive was smooth.
