Excellent hotel, like all Hiltons. Good breakfast, very good, convenient location, not far from the center and from Mira Florence.

This is the most satisfactory and cost-effective hotel on this trip to South America! The breakfast is also rich and the service is warm! Very good

How should I put it? It's just average. After all, it's a brand store. As for the location, it's average. It's not a beach hotel, but it's not far away. It's just that adding breakfast alone is too expensive.

WOW. i’m still staying here, but couldn’t wait to give a review - the service here is nothing short of spectacular. I feel beyond taken care of, supported, and safe as a non-Spanish speaker (embarrassingly). Andres in particular has been absolutely amazing, and has made my days so cheerful and happy. The entire staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I am so grateful to have landed here. The food is also exceptional, and the spa is phenomenal!! I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area - the location is superb as well.

Excellent Service. Would highly recommend. The roof top bar Lunatic is modern chic and has a great selection of original drinks. The Food and Beverage manager always made sure I had everything that I needed. Thank you very much Edilberto for all your hospitality!

The accommodations the food the hospitality at this Doubletree was absolutely outstanding. They were attentive. They were helpful everything we wish for a trip when you’re away from home there wasn’t anything or any question that they weren’t able to answer or finance too. The rooms were clean the food was gourmetand they truly were interested in making our stay excellent.

The entire guest experience was excellent. Welcomed by the doorman, help with my luggage, check-in process with warm cookie. Room was in excellent condition, nice design. All the amenities I needed, comfortable bed and nice bonus to be able to watch YouTube on the tv. It did not work at first, but the tech guys made it work again. The roomservice food was excellent and above expectations. Very good. Same goes for breakfast. All staff were very sweet and helpful. Thanks for making my last night in Lima perfect. The only thing I missed was a water boiler in the room.

This hotel is new and has a rooftop bar as well as lobby restaurants. They serve breakfast over there. They had buffet option as well. We enjoyed terrace jacuzzi and pool. Rooms were very cozy and clean. 5 stars the to front desk stuff Arturo and bellman Jonathan.

We stayed here two nights four days apart either side of a trip to the rainforest. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage etc although note they don’t do roll away beds (we had booked a double room for our three children expecting we could get an extra bed as we have done in other Hiltons but they don’t have them and don’t do triple rooms). They didn’t have connecting rooms but we got two rooms close to each other. The beds were comfy and the aircon worked (one up on the Hilton Lima Miraflores!!) breakfast had a buffet option unlike the aforementioned Hilton and additional menu items that could be ordered (pancakes were delicious). Being a new hotel they were having teething issues with the lobby floor (they’d got that mended by the time we were back but it was slippery - the poor doorman nearly went right over) however their pool was open and available unlike miraflores. It is rather shallow and the bar stools are a bit odd (too high for the depth of pool but maybe they’ll get more use in the summer) but the children enjoyed swimming in it. The hot tub you had to ask to use with a couple of hours notice but the second night we stayed someone else had obviously requested it as it was uncovered and running so we got to try that too. One thing to note about the bar/pool area is children aren’t allowed in after 6pm (local ordinance) so we very nearly didn’t get a chance to use our welcome drink vouchers (diamond members), luckily they let us swap the kids ones for sodas they could take back to the room (no executive lounge). We had some hot bar snacks and they were nice. The pool was more for the instagram crowd but travelling off peak the kids got a chance to use it between posing couples ;). The kids had room service the second night we stayed and said it was pretty good - they corrected a mistake with my daughter’s order promptly when asked. We ate at the restaurant downstairs (Frina - don’t waste your money). They stored our large luggage for us while we were in the rainforest lodge which really helped out so we only had to fly with hand luggage and then had our main luggage available when we got back for our second night/stay with them. The morning we checked out they were full of new check ins (New Year’s Eve) so couldn’t give us a late check out but they stored our luggage and we were able to use the pool and change/shower in the changing rooms upstairs before our flight back home.

This hotel is centrally located and lovely. The decor is spare with effective use of wood and green plants. It creates a restful environment. The staff is outstanding and helpful. I was ill during my stay and the lobby bar team created an "off menu" bowl of chicken soup that was so kind and restorative. All of the service staff was helpful and solicitous. The rooms are well designed, with decent sitting and work options. The rooftop bar is fun with great snacks. the breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices. And the rooms have Nespresso machines so you can start the day with a decent cup of coffee. I didn't get to the gym unfortunately b/c the work schedule was too busy.
