Actual room size was smaller than advertised. What made up for this was the excellent service provided by 小楊姑娘 (long hair girl in case there are 2 of same name). Very friendly and helpful. Showed us how to use washing machine and helped us dried clothes. We had an early flight requiring a 4am departure from the ancient town. 小楊姑娘 went above and beyond helping us organise for luggage transfer to gucheng gate and transport to airport. As we were foreigners with no local phone number, 小楊姑娘 volunteered to liaise for us. Waiting for phone call at 4am (Inn business hour started 8am) to show the luggage porter to our room to take luggages from floor 2 to ground. Excellent service by 小楊姑娘.

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. Lijiang is a beautiful city that I came from. Many times already Recommend this hotel His employees are very helpful. Delicious breakfast

Beijing self-driving tour Yunnan, did not choose homestay, just because I believe in the hygiene and service of five-star hotels. The blind choice of five-star did not disappoint. Although the hardware furnishings of the old five-star hotel are a bit old, they are well maintained and very clean. The front desk staff are also super warm and friendly. The housekeeper used a tricycle to carry the luggage, and his attitude was very polite. We also sent flower cakes while waiting to check in. Grandma Wen's food was also very suitable for our appetite. The room heating was very comfortable! The cleaning aunt needs to be strengthened. We have placed the used cups next to the wash basin, and the aunt did not clean them. The day before check-out, we went to the front desk to inform that we would need a tricycle to send the luggage out at 7:30 tomorrow morning. The gentleman at the front desk asked us to contact the housekeeper ourselves. We told him whether we could help contact him since we did not have a Chinese mobile phone number. He said I would make a note for you, and then pointed to the contact number and said you should contact the housekeeper yourself😅Finally, we asked our driver to contact the housekeeper.

Writing to thank the fabulous team in Hotel Indigo for taking such good care of us during our two day stay. Service attitude, service mentality, the delivery was all on point. Special thanks to Mr Wayne Wang for going to extra mile with service recovery when I was unable to secure a spa slot and had to forgo the session. He delivered fruits and gifts to my room and made sure I had a wonderful time at dinner. When I checked out the next day, the front desk from another shift was aware of what happened the previous night and took special care to check in with me and apologise. Also, intercontinental which was connected to the hotel had the best Chinese restaurant in Yunnan so far. 398Yuan for a 8 course and michelin star standard meal. We are very impressed. Will recommend others and also come back to stay again.

Super love the ancient 古镇 feel of this hotel room, and its proximity and link through a back door to Lijiang Ancient Town. Service is excellent where the hotel staff delivered medicine and other amenities request where required. Breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!

Love the location of hotel which is surrounded by many shops, big supermarket and eateries. In front of hotel is an underground mall and food street linking to ancient city and Big Waterwheel. Hotel lobby is spacious. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good too. Staff are helpful and especially good service by Ms Luo. We are happy with our 3 nights stay at Atour Dashuiche.

It was near a busy road so there was slow traffic before we reached the hotel. There are eateries and restaurants nearby and a bus stop 2 street away. We are able to view Jade Dragon on clear days even on 3rd floor. The room was a spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Basic amenities are provided in the room. What i like best is the laundry room free for use, especially helpful when we stayed for many days. It has a good spread of breakfast with good mix of local delicacies and western food.
