The room I stayed in was an oasis of tranquility, clean and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was truly impressive, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Just look at my uplaoded photos and see for yourself. The room is very spacious, I'm able to open up my luggage fully and still walk around the room easily. The location of the resort was ideal, just a short 2 mins walk from the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town. The Old Town exit is just beside the hotel. This allowed me to easily explore the charming and culturally rich town while still enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the resort. There are convenience stores near the hotel as well. I highly recommend the Man Chen Resort to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Lijiang. The exceptional hospitality, pristine accommodations, and convenient location make it a truly outstanding choice. Right from the beginning they answered all my questions and we had breakfast included with airport pickup. They were always extending help and friendly. The only issue was the laundry which it’s not advisable if you have white clothes or clothes that can’t use dryer to dry. Staffs are kind helping to carry luggage and bringing hot milk to you every night. We got free fruits and snacks and even a cake and tea leaves before we left. Felt taken care of. The only thing was the wifi wasn’t good and there’s no full length mirror and fridge or hot water to drink. You can request to ask them to bring for u or keep in their fridge. Be careful of the free photography service offered. It’s not actually free and they took a lot of our time. Originally it was 3 hours but became 8 hours and we had to choose the picture on the spot. There is other places offering cheaper if price is not an issue you can consider it.
