Best of the best hotel. First, if you stay 3 nights or more, there is free shuttle service both ways between Airport. The hotel use 7 seats car which is very comfortable. The hotel located in a perfect location, right in edge of the Lijiang old town. So we don't have to drag our luggage through uneven stone path. Still we can reach the old town in a few steps. The old town at south gate has lots of nice alley, quite and peaceful. Also close to morning market in a few minutes walk. The room is spacious and equipped with gadgets such as automated toilet, heater, moisture machine, chinese voice control (it is fun if you can speak some chinese). They provide fruits, soft drinks, water, rose cake, tea in the room free of charge. Cleanliness was always great. The hotel can manage tour or car hire with driver for you at reasonable price (I did check the price before booking). The staffs were very helpful. They might not speak english but I used google translate/wechat to translate. It took some time but they were happy to help with smile. The most important part is the price. Too good to be true!!!! It is not the cheapest in old town, but I'm sure it worth the price I paid or even more. Happy that I found this hidden gem.

Right from the beginning they answered all my questions and we had breakfast included with airport pickup. They were always extending help and friendly. The only issue was the laundry which it’s not advisable if you have white clothes or clothes that can’t use dryer to dry. Staffs are kind helping to carry luggage and bringing hot milk to you every night. We got free fruits and snacks and even a cake and tea leaves before we left. Felt taken care of. The only thing was the wifi wasn’t good and there’s no full length mirror and fridge or hot water to drink. You can request to ask them to bring for u or keep in their fridge. Be careful of the free photography service offered. It’s not actually free and they took a lot of our time. Originally it was 3 hours but became 8 hours and we had to choose the picture on the spot. There is other places offering cheaper if price is not an issue you can consider it.

This time during my trip to Lijiang, I was so lucky to come across this amazing hotel! The rooms are spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable beds, and all the amenities are also immaculate. The hotel staff are warm and attentive. From the front desk check - in to the room service, everything makes you feel warm and welcome. I especially want to praise the hotel's viewing platform. It has an excellent view. Standing there, you can have a panoramic view of the entire Old Town of Lijiang. During the day, you can see the well - arranged grey tiles and white walls, experiencing the ancient charm of the old town. At night, the old town is ablaze with lights, like a dreamy world, and the beauty is breathtaking. This hotel is truly impeccable in every aspect.
