Response from Property: We had added the guest on WeChat when they checked in at 8 o'clock. If there were any problems, they could send us a text message at any time, and the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. The guest never raised any issues such as the smell of smoke, otherwise we could have arranged to change the room directly, until they applied for a refund after checking out, and we refused and gave us a bad review.
