Comfortable stay. Very quiet at night. Provide fruits and soft drinks as well. My room package come with many services but we didn't get to enjoy it (such as coffee bracelet making, or good night soup) because we were been out from early morning to late night everyday but its ok. We dont mind it. Overall everything is very good here. They even provide laundry service as well. (thank you for this) One comment only : the bed. Its a bit hard for us. We prefer softer bed. Thank you for the free , transporting us from the hotel to the train station.

Nice environment with garden feel, kids enjoy so much with little rabbit and also workshop provided. Location is near to ancient city where you can walk and enjoy everything there during night time.

The hotel is very nice and all the staffs are very helpful especially the lady Ms Yan Min. We enjoyed our stay here, the coffee and the food are nice. I recommed this hotel to anyone that want to come to Lijiang ♥️

Love the stay here. The room is big and comfortable with a balcony. And the hotel is just few steps away from the well known garden. The service is fabulous and they always ready to help and suggest tour place for us. Specially thanks to the lobby for helping me to receive the ******* delivery. We especially like the complementary coffee bean bracelet making experience. We also got to experience cooking the coffee bean and brewing the coffee. The afternoon tea and the supper dessert are also very nice. Although we stayed in 3rd floor, they still offered to send us the dessert to the room and help to carry the luggage during check in and check out. As I stayed 3 nights here, they also offered complementary airport transfer to Lijiang airport early morning at 5.20am. Not to forget, they always have a nice smile on their face and very welcoming.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

Amazing big and spacious room! Really feels like living in the forest - I woke up to the sound of birds in the morning!! The area is definitely very secluded and great if you’d prefer a quiet area to rest. Rooms and clean and lots of space - they are very thoughtfully designed:) 2 sinks & 2 Dyson hairdryers in each room so no sharing There’s lots of space to hang clothes as well, entertainment channel is well stocked with lots of English and Chinese videos, I watched breaking bad while eating takeout 😭😂 As this was our first hotel in Yunnan, they helped to collect our Taobao parcels, and opened them when we requested for a pair of scissors. Hotel breakfast is very nourishing with options of sweet potato, corn, buns, eggs, noodles, dumplings, soy milk and youtiao. We also engaged additional services provided with the room - photoshoot and clothing washing (after our 2d1n hike to Tiger leaping gorge)
