Lovely homestay hotel right in the centre of Lijiang. The room was comfortable, clean and as described in the listing. Obviously there is no parking in the old town, so you’ll need to park nearby and walk in.

The room was small but comfortable. a big shower room and bathroom. The hotel is located in the heart of Lijiang Ancient city so is ideal for exploring this area.

This hotel is in the heart of the ancient village. Perfect location for those who want an authentic feel. The guy at the desk helped us to find where to go for Tiger Leaping Gorge and Snow Dragon Mountain. He also helped with getting the cart drivers to take our luggage to and from the main road. The hotel room is very beautiful however it lacks proper cleaning. The person before us had obviously spilt pink milkshake or something on the table and carpet. When we entered the table had pink stuff stuck in all the crevasses and the carpet was horribly stained. They didn't clean the room properly and on one occasion completely forgot to clean our room. This was frustrating for us as we had been out everyday at 6am. Breakfast is served from 7am so we missed it except for the last day. It was OK. If they pick up their hygiene, it could be a fabulous place.

The staff are very friendly. The room is clean and maintains the feel of a castle, so the atmosphere of the accommodation is great. I will visit again next time.

It was a spontaneous trip. The hotel owner was very considerate and arranged a special pick-up for me in the middle of the night. The guy took good care of me throughout the trip. This is my first time to review a hotel. The hotel environment is good and clean. It is right in the center of the ancient city. The guy is also very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding tourist attractions and answer guests' questions. There are also many special snacks and attractions around, which is very suitable for guests and students with limited budgets.
