The pool was broken for our entire stay and couldn’t be used. Our door knob on our room was broken and all of our things were locked in. Maintenance was called and was unable to fix it and after a few hours we were switched to another room, but we were not offered an upgrade or discount for the inconvenience.

We checked in at around 10pm. The counter staff didn't care about anything. The next day at 9:30am, we were still resting. The hotel had a technician come to fix the room on the 4th floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It was very noisy. We went out during the day and came back at 4:50pm. It was still noisy. It was very annoying. We asked the counter staff and they said they would stop working at around 5pm. It turned out that they still didn't stop working at 6pm. We had to go down and tell the counter staff again (we met the same person when we checked in). They said they couldn't help. So we asked to change rooms. They said there were only rooms on the 3rd floor. In the end, we had to go up and ask the technician on the 4th floor ourselves that we couldn't take it anymore and wanted to rest because we had to check out to continue our journey at midnight. So they stopped working.

The hotel has a van to the airport, which is more convenient and the service is good. Highly recommended.

The room was quite large and clean, and the front desk was very friendly. They also accepted cash to help change change, which made it easier for us to travel.
