Had the most amazing stay at Lotus House! The owner was so kind and treated me like family, and gave plenty of travel recs for things to do around the area. She even upgraded me to a nicer room for free since it happened to be available.
The location is right in the heart of Lijiang old town & they have a nice open courtyard for chatting and drinking tea.
Also they have a super fluffy and friendly dog! Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Lijiang!

The small courtyard is in the heart of the ancient city, with everything from kitchenware and washing machines to mahjong machines and tea sets. You can buy ingredients at Zhongyi Market and cook them yourself. The white Alaskan dog is super cute. After playing in the snow-capped mountains, it's really relaxing to sit in the courtyard, drink tea, and play with the dog. It's a very suitable B&B for family trips.

Very satisfied! We arrived at 11pm on our first night, and it started raining. We slept so comfortably that night, with the temperature dropping from 42°C to a blissful 19°C 😁. No need for air conditioning at all!
Clean and dry! My daughter loved it!
She loved the plants in the yard!
It's very close to everything we could do. We could go back to the hotel for a nap at noon and then continue our shopping in the afternoon. It was absolutely beautiful!

My absolute favorite part of this trip was this B&B!
The owner personally greeted us, brewed tons of delicious tea 🍵, and prepared snacks for us to try.
The recommended Jiuge noodles and pig pen coffee were incredible! 🍜☕
We stayed in a small, standalone building. I was on the second floor, and outside my window was a pomegranate tree. It felt like a dream in the forest 🌳.
Most importantly, there was a super cute dog named Mansong 🐶. He was so gentle and affectionate, he just touched my heart ❤️.
Unfortunately, our schedule was so packed that we didn't get to relax and unwind for two days 😢
But that's okay. I've already decided: I'll definitely come back and stay longer next time! 💯✨

We stayed in a lovely little private unit. I was on the second floor, looking out at pomegranate trees ,it felt like a peaceful dream in nature 🌳
But the highlight? A super adorable dog named Mansong (Mansong is actually the name of the highest grade of Pu’er tea )🐶 , sweet, friendly, and totally stole my heart ❤️
The only downside was having too packed a schedule to truly relax…
But no worries I’m 100% coming back and staying longer next time! 💯✨
