This hostel is very beautiful and affordable also in a great location of Shuhe. Right next to a grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel is down an allyway and filled with memories of past travelers! Flight tickets, photos, and and currency from different countries. The hotel staff is very accommodating to foreigners can also communicate through WeChat. The pice is really great for the single bedroom which also comes with a bath tub. Also the bunked rooms are very spacious.

The boss is kind and helpful. Ask questions and he had his team will try to help. Location is very near the north gate of the Shuhe Ancient town area. Shops very close by, I stayed in the private room, not the dorm, so this review may only apply to the private rooms: The bathtubs installed are cheap, and have a slight odor from standing water, presumably. I was moved to another room but it also had a slight odor. It wasn’t terrible, but not pleasant. The hostel itself lends itself to socializing. Lots of open spaces. I’d stay here again in a dorm if I was on a tight budget, though maybe not the private room.

The room is clean and tidy, the quilt is dry and not damp, the boss is super nice, it is a place full of love and happiness, and the two border shepherd housekeepers provide great emotional value - a home worth staying and repeating.

Let’s just say that when you come to Lijiang, you must visit the Yehuoji in Shuhe Ancient Town. I stayed here for three days while traveling alone and it was very comfortable. The second sister in the store is a super nice person. She likes to chat with her, hike together, see the beautiful scenery, drink afternoon tea together, and drink wine together in the evening. Every day we are together is very interesting. Teacher Cao is really good at cooking. It was super delicious. I ate the shredded potatoes with a Sichuan flavor. I drank a bowl of the soup and wanted to have another bowl. Everyone I met at Wildfire Collection was super nice, and I made so many friends here that I can’t even finish writing. In short, you don’t have to worry about not having a date here, you can find drinks here. A ride, a ride for food, a ride for hiking, a ride for travel, just go for it.

There are two cute Border Collie Hakimies in the B&B. One has erect ears and doesn’t quite look like a Border Collie haha. If there are multiple rooms, some rooms have bathrooms and some don't. There are public areas on the second and third floors, and there are some barbecue pits. There may be some activities held when there are many people. Since we were traveling during the peak summer season, other accommodation prices were too expensive, so we chose to book Yehuoji. It was my first time to stay in a youth hostel, and it felt great. The price/performance ratio was great. You could also ask people in the same dormitory to go out and play together. For dinner, the inn also has two small dogs that you can pet. Hakimi is so cute. I will stay at Yehuoji next time I come to Lijiang. It is highly recommended.

Friends who come to stay at Yehuoji must take the initiative , be bold and ask the boss lady for tips, otherwise she will be busy cleaning and sometimes won’t take the initiative to share! The two dogs at the inn are enthusiastic and clingy, I love them so much😍! I wish the boss a prosperous business, bring your good friends here next time, and drink with my second sister haha😂

I have stayed in many youth hostels, and Yehuoji is an upgraded version of the youth hostel. The bedding is very good, and it is also a down quilt. There are dozens of beds with good value for money. Each bed has a curtain, which is very private and the location is very good. Well, you can take a taxi when you go out. There is a bus at the door. It only takes a minute or two to walk into Shuhe Ancient Town. It is not a noisy group activity every day. I have a dinner date with my friends who live in the same room. It’s great to go out for a walk together 👌 I’m very satisfied. There are also two enthusiastic and cute border collies. If you like dogs, you can come and pet them! Have a chance to stay for a long time

The inn is right next to the north gate, just a few steps away. Hygiene is okay. The second sister is very hospitable and will take us out to play when she has time. There are also two puppies, Hakimi and Stany, who can be petted at will. Dog lovers are ecstatic.
