Good location, many restaurants nearby. The room is clean and new. However, the electricity socket ( where you put the card) in our room was broken so the light was automatically switched on during the middle of the night 2 times. We checked in at 2am.. staff was very sleepy but she took care of us with a very positive attitude. We missed out breakfast as we overslept🤣.. the staff was energetically trying to get us the fruit … very cute.

Second booking of the trip as we had left our luggage over a few days while we travelled up north to Shangri-la. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back here to stay if we are back in Lijiang.

The hotel is located close to the city center. There are fruits on display in the lobby. You can eat them as you like. The bed was like this when I got in. The big hair was from when I took off the blue cloth underneath. It was not clean at all. And the room I booked had a window, but they changed me to one without a window. Thank you for your understanding! I am sorry for being offended! ! !

You can do the renovation at noon or in the afternoon, but you had to arrange it at 11pm. I fell asleep, and had to get up at 4am. I asked you how to solve it, and you said there was no way, it was arranged by the boss. I stuck my head out and cursed the decorator, and then he stopped installing. In the end, I became the unreasonable person. 2. The toilet and bathroom of this hotel are separated by a small board. When taking a shower, all the water flows into the toilet. There is no floor drain in the toilet, which causes water to accumulate in the toilet. What a weird design. 3. There was no mineral water in my room. They said the cleaning staff forgot to put it. 4. After I complained about the decoration issues and water accumulation in the bathroom, they said they would change my room. However, after that, neither the hotel customer service nor the owner made any explanation or apology for the above behavior, as if I had already changed the room for you, what else do you want? When I complained, I also explained my demands. I don't want to change rooms or get any compensation. You just need to explain to me why you chose 11 o'clock for the renovation when everyone needs to rest. If the renovation was arranged by the building next door, no one would blame you, the hotel. Take the airport bus to the terminal and just walk there. I originally booked a windowless double bed room, but got a free upgrade when I checked in. The room is very clean, with dry and wet separation, plenty of bath water, and complete facilities. The location was chosen next to the shopping plaza, outside the ancient city. Relatively less crowded. If you want to go to the ancient city, you can reach it on foot.
