First, I have to say that I never saw the owner from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. I heard from others that he had been out drinking with friends, leaving no one at the hotel to leave guests hanging. It was a terrible experience!!! The hotel's phone number, which lacked a single staff member, was difficult to reach. Guests were asked to look at their room cards and handle any issues on their own, which was very unsatisfactory. The soundproofing in the room was also poor, and I could hear conversations from the neighbors.

The owner of the B&B was very welcoming. It was already 10pm when we arrived at the store. The owner gave us flower cakes to fill our stomachs first. He was very considerate to upgrade our room. There was also heating in the bathroom. Disposable cups were prepared in the room. I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable! The location is also very good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the east gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. Recommended~
