The staffs and bosses are super friendly and helpful. It's around 8-10mins walk from entrance to main road for car hailing. Overall the place is beautiful.

The host is awesome and very helpful, upgraded our 2 beds family room to 3 beds family room and arranged to carried our luggage from the old town gate to the hotel 😊. The room is very clean and location is great 👍.

Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning but the carpets are stained. Staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. Location is quiet and near the Mu Palace.

Shirley and the team are the best! 6 stars! They helped get me onto such a great tour and collected me from the entrance to the Ancient City. Shirley even organised my transfer to Dali. The room was so cosy and peaceful. The mattress and duvet were the best I've had in China. I loved the smart toilet. Breakfast was great and the location ideal. Please stay here if you want to be in the Ancient City and walk to everything without being in the noise.

The best hotel in Lijiang Old Town..i was ill during my stay and the staff did help me to get their cook to prepare a ginger soup for me and helped my sister to buy the medicine. They treated us like a family ..a top notch service and accommodation!

You can consult the owner about any travel matters and he will be very enthusiastic in recommending fun and delicious things. When I went out with my family, I deliberately chose a relatively new homestay. I liked this one because it was newly opened in 2023 and the location was convenient in the ancient city, so I booked this homestay in the end. We were not disappointed on the day of check-in. When we checked in, we met Manager Tang. She invited us to have tea and tasted flower cakes. Then the clerk brought us a plate of apples. It was great that there was no sales in the store. They were all very friendly and chatted with us in a way of making friends. We had never been to Lijiang before, so we did some homework on Xiaohongshu. When we shared the itinerary with the manager, the manager would advise us on which aspects not to spend money, which helped us save a lot of money and avoid thunder. The key point was repeatedly emphasized, which was to help us save money without sales, so I personally suggest that you can communicate more with the clerk, maybe you can also have unexpected gains. The room is clean and tidy, with heating and air conditioning, washing supplies, shampoo and shower gel. My reservation includes breakfast. It is not a buffet breakfast here, but a personal set meal cooked by Auntie. The staple food is always rice noodles, with 3 small side dishes (it seems not completely fixed, at least I ate it for 2 consecutive days, and the siu mai was replaced with custard buns on the second day). The homestay is in the center of the ancient city, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere. I went to Jiuge rice noodles and Zhongyi night market to eat and check in. They are all 2 or 3 words away, very close. I ran out and checked in at the balcony of Zhongdu Inn and hiked, and then went to Shanghutiao to check in the tiger (you need to buy a ticket, if you go to Zhonghutiao, you don’t need to buy a ticket). We found a chartered driver on Xiaohongshu ourselves, and the price was high. I only found out after chatting with Manager Tang. Because the inn often communicates with guests and helps to book cars, they must understand the market more deeply than us, so they also remind me tirelessly that I can ask them first if I need it next time, so as to get an extra quote for comparison. I also went to Lijiang Eternal Love. The lights were dim for the performance, so I couldn't take any nice photos. I'll just post some photos outside the theater. There's a fairytale-like part there, and there's a mom's ranch next to it where you can buy grass to feed sheep, alpacas, and rabbits up close. In the end, none of our phones could get tickets for the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Cableway, because my elders really wanted to see the snow mountain. In order not to affect the itinerary, I asked the store manager to help me ask if there was a way to buy it. In the end, I bought tickets for the next day. I'm still very grateful, and I fulfilled my elders' wishes. For souvenirs, we asked the store manager the night before we left if we could help buy the flower cakes we tasted that day, and she arranged it. We asked the price, which was about the same as other stores in the city (she didn't tell us the price on the first day, because as mentioned above, there was no sales promotion), so you can ask if you need it. They work on reputation and service, and my elders keep praising them.  I have written so much above. It is our 4-day itinerary. The arrangement was a bit rushed, but every day was very fulfilling.
