Clean and hygienic rooms The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the bath towels are all disposable. Evening takeout is delivered by robots, and the security is excellent. There's also a 24-hour front desk, and free laundry service, so you can wear fresh, fragrant clothes the next day. 3. The service is incredible! We had some altitude sickness while traveling, so we took my father to the hospital for oxygen therapy. The hotel owner and staff were very caring and even sent us two oxygen bottles. Unexpectedly, the manager came back the next day to show his concern and sent us another small oxygen bottle. After checking out, they even thoughtfully gave us bottles of mineral water for the road. Staying at this hotel truly touched me to tears! 4. Convenient location The location you point to in the video is right down the street from the bustling Lijiang Old Town. Conveniently, there are food courts and shopping malls, and Didi and takeout are also easily accessible! PS: The boss lady and the staff are all smiling every day, and the cleaning lady also greets us proactively. I would like to stay here again next time I come to Lijiang!

超級滿意的酒店哇！首先房間很大，環境特別好！酒店五樓還有觀景台，據店員説可以看到雪山！（但是我們趕時間就沒去😭）房間尤其是衞生方面特別好！（嗚嗚嗚忘記拍照了😭😭😭）衞生間是智能馬桶。房間內還有一個角落有長桌和椅子，方便吃外賣哈哈，房間還提供了氧氣瓶，其次服務也特別周到，我們每次出來遇到店員他們都會微笑着説“您好！”感覺真的挺舒服，挺温暖的，點外賣的話酒店一樓有專門的外賣櫃，不用擔心外賣員隨意上樓的安全問題，特殊情況酒店還會幫我們送到房間門口，最後我們走的時候店員小姐姐還送了我們一包伴手禮🥰🥰🥰酒店的地理位置也不錯，離麗江站打車就20多分鐘，離麗江古城、101路公交站也挺近的！總之就是超級滿意啦！必須好評！以後出門還住海友酒店！
