The room was comfortable and squeaky clean. Owner was so nice to offer to pick us up from train station when we couldn’t find a taxi. The location of the guesthouse is also only 2 minutes walk from the swimming spot. Owner is very responsive, everything is as expected and looks just like the pictures shown. Would definitely recommend for tourists to stay here. 😄

Great value for money! There are not many tourists, and you can see the lake when you walk out, which is very relaxing!

It was a very satisfying stay. We arrived 3 hours late, and the proprietress enthusiastically said she had been waiting for us. The room was well-equipped and warm, and it had its own restaurant. The proprietress and her husband were both very nice.

I stayed for one night at the end of July in summer for 1152 Hong Kong dollars. The room was very clean. It is located on the edge of Lake Como. It is a family business B&B with few rooms. There is a restaurant in front of the owner's house that tastes good. The attitude is average, no enthusiasm and no poor care. He didn't give me a big bath towel when he gave us the room. It was already very inconvenient for me to use a small towel to wipe after taking a shower. After I checked out, he chased me and said that I took two big towels. Although it was a misunderstanding, I think the EQ of running a small shop is really low. Next time, don't be greedy for cheapness. There are still many choices for B&Bs under 2000 Hong Kong dollars.

I highly recommend this hotel in Lake Como. It is clean and has a courtyard! The owner and the owner's wife are very nice. There is also their restaurant in front, which tastes very good. A great place for vacation! The scenery is so beautiful!

Eccellente stay. Family business, owners warm and friendly. If you love nature and lakes, that is the perfect spot for you, whether you travel solo or with family. Rooms are real comfy, landscapes amazing, little corner equipped with coffe and tea facilities. I recommend the restaurant right next to the hotel, owned and managed by the same family.

Faultless! ... Driving from Cardiff to Rome we decided to break the journey with a stop over at Lake Como. We were recommended to stay at Ca'dei Bachitt and eat at II Crotto part of the same family business ... So good we changed our return plans and stopped over on the way back as well. Rooms 10/10 Restaurant 10/10 Parking 10/10

Beautiful experience, enchanting place, like the room and the entire structure. The owner is very kind and helpful, he welcomed us admirably, the room was perfect and with attention to detail. Everything perfect, we will be back for sure.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful, small, relatively new, family owned hotel with a renowned local restaurant in Lierna on Lake Como, Italy, north of Lecco. After a 8 hour drive from Zurich which was in itself an adventurous way to arrive on the Eastern side of Lake Como, via congested traffic conditions through the Gotthard tunnel, to open mountain passes (Splugen pass) with cattle adorning cowbells on the roadside, we arrived at sundown, a rather inopportune time as it was in the midst of the fully busy restaurant dinner hours. On our part, in retrospect, we should have called forward to notify of the late arrival. Nevertheless we were made welcome and ushered to a large room with balcony with a vista through trees to lake Como and beyond ( Bellagio). The room was spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated ( it was as if the rocks and pine trees had tumbled from the mountain behind to create the perfect space, such was the materials and colours used by the designer and the proud owner). It was peaceful and well considered with well appointed bathroom and a kitchen area for those wanting a longer stay. Our stay was for three nights! We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and all but one dinner. It was truly a wonderful stay. We would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a your hospitality, we so enjoyed discovering you. We’d love to return, however Australia is a little too far away for it to be regular.

Comfy bed/pillows, clean space, and very kind hosts. Comfortable stay and beautiful scenery. The noise from the trains was a bit bothersome as a light/sensitive sleeper, but thankfully the last one ends around 11pm and they start running again at roughly 7am. Otherwise, it was very pleasant and I was able to walk to town in about 10m for necessities, 15m to the Lierna train station, and the beach is very close by about ~5m walk.

Absolutely recommended Very satisfied. Everything was perfect ! Brand new furniture and équipement. Very warm welcome. Perfekt location near Varenna. Train Station (Lierna) at 300 meters. Parking avalable and very secure. Restaurant in front of the establishment.

Stayed here for a family get together, the standard of finish is excellent, the hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great .. peaceful and with easy access to the other parts of the lake either by car, train, boat or ferry. Highly recommended. Thank you Stefy.

I only spent one night here but my experience was exceptionally amazing. It was easy to get there and Stefania is very responsive. The room and the bathroom are comfortable and clean. Everything you’d need is there. There is a lovely restaurant steps away. Most importantly, the hosts are angels. I thought i lost my cardholder and was panicking. They took me around town to find it, helped me search for it and even drove me to a further station to catch a train, on their day off. Thank you so much Guiseppe & Stefania♥️
