We booked 13 rooms on 28th January to celebrate Chinese New Year. Check in proses is very slow. We waited 45 minutes to check in . We arrived at 11.00 and waited till 3 pm . Only a few rooms are ready for check-in, as mine must wait 45 minutes later. intact, I booked suite room, but I must wait longer than expected. The rooms for standard one are very simple but quite clear and comfortable. The size is fair, and the shower room is nice. The suite room is huge and comfy with nice views overlooking the hills . The shower room is spacious, but the water pressure is slow. My suggestion to management is that it should be more pressured and easy to adjust the hot waters The sink is too small for the type of room Breakfast is good, and many varieties of menu The sky restaurant is very convenient for gathering and the gym is very convenient with nice views The hotel is located at the highest hills overlooking the city's and ocean, parking also available in few spots, overall its nice and highly recommended. Newly refurbished hotel so everything were still brand new and clean. Great hospitality from the staffs, awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Loving the gym also. Recommended place to stay in Lampung!

The facilities were very good, but because it was new, finding the location was very difficult (they said in Google Maps it was wrong and there were no signs to help new comers find it) and the service was disappointing. The website said we could check in at 14.00 but when we came on time, they said the check in was at 15.00, so we waited but not until 16.00-ish and asked why it was taking so long did we get our rooms (which was also not what we asked for so we waited longer to wait for our other room— we ordered 2 rooms). They gave a compensated fruit to apologize, thank you for that but we hope for the next customers it can get better.

All good. But if it's 6 pm and above, wasalam. The hotel is very crowded because there are often events and restaurants. While the entrance to the hotel is quite steep. But for a hotel, the rooms and facilities are very good.

The friendliness of the staff is very good. The rooms and views are good. But the shower faucet didn't feel hot water, I got to the 7th floor. As for the food, the taste needs to be leveled again, it's a shame that the appearance of the food is good but the taste is still lacking. I ordered grilled chicken rice with maranggih spices, the seasoning was very thin, almost no taste, the only taste was bitter burnt, the rice was hard, the side dish was cold, the most unsuccessful was the chili sauce. Please pay attention to the chef's attention to the taste of the food. The breakfast menu is varied and the taste is sufficient but it would be better if the spices were bolder.
