The hotel representative spoke very good English and that's the reason we stayed in this hotel longer than planned. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The bedding was in proper condition. The mattress comfortable

Comfortable and cozy, the AC is on, the hot water is on, there is a bolster. If you book on weekdays, the room conditions and the price are very suitable. The room is very narrow, the walls are made of gypsum so they are not soundproof so that sounds from outside are very audible.

I don't know what's going on. It's hard to find a hotel to stay in here except for branded hotels. I stayed there for one night and didn't want to stay any longer, so I just spent 3,000 yuan to go to Courtyard. I reported it to Ctrip, and Ctrip helped to deal with it, but the store didn't think they had any problems at all, and didn't want to refund the room fee for the second day. They didn't even have the attitude to change the room. The quality of hotels run by locals here is generally this. I booked 2 rooms and both had ants. There was nothing else I wanted. It felt like a small hotel in a Chinese town, so terrible.

Please improve the cleanliness of the hotel rooms so that guests are more comfortable, such as changing sarongs, sheets and curtains because they look dirty, for breakfast if possible the buffet will not be delivered to the room, but the service from the employees is very friendly.
