The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

Of all the accommodations I stayed in while traveling to Spain and Andorra, the cleanliness was the worst. There was a lot of dust that was visible even from 2 to 3 meters away, which made me feel uncomfortable and cause me to cough. It rained heavily the day I arrived, so I needed help with parking, but I couldn't get any guidance. The parking facilities provided by the hotel were insufficient, and I spent about 2 hours looking for a parking spot to charge my electric car. In this situation, instead of apologizing, the employee gave me a lesson, saying it was the same no matter where I went in the world. The employee was excited and I had to calm him down. I don't think he would have behaved this way if I were white, older, and decked out in luxury goods. The hotel's location was close to the spa and was easily accessible, and although the facilities were old, they were well maintained.

In my opinion one of the best 4* hotels in Andorra. It is very well located, both for shopping and for skiing. A luxury spa, quiet and with all services working. The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square. The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied. I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio.

It’s a very comfortable hotel. Be sure to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and razor. Very useful.

Good value for money!

Excellent location right in the center. The room was spotless and comfortable and equipped with all comforts. Illy coffee machine and free bottle of mineral water. Reception staff super efficient and very courteous.

Central hotel, with views, large rooms, modern bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
