I’m very impressed with the service from all the staff . All of the staff are very helpful friendly n customer orientated the owner had really trained their staff well. I had 3 elderly travelling with me and I fretted for not packing lighter bags as I figured from reviews there were many steps to the hotel. However when I communicate with the hotel , they kindly had 2 young butler to meet us at the ticket booth at the scenic entrance. They assisted with the ticket purchase ,recommended places to eat n helped me booked the ticket to watch the cultural show . They helped us carry our luggage’s to the bus and also carried to the hotel. I am so glad. The hotel maybe a little taxing for elderly as steps are quite many , but I assure the view is one of the best n the rooms we booked were very nicely decorated n really comfortable. Highly recommended

1. The location is very good, the view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the whole view by opening the window; 2. The butler service is very considerate. If you come to the Miao Village for the first time, you will be lost if you don’t have a butler to pick you up. 3. There is beef brisket noodles and coffee for breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea cake in the afternoon, and sweet soup in the evening. It’s a pleasant dining environment on the balcony. 4. If I come to Miao Village again, I will definitely stay here again.

The scenery is outstanding, overlooking the panoramic view of the Miao village. The room facilities are top-notch among B&Bs, and the rooms come with free soft drinks and snacks. The service is remarkable. The butler will add WeChat in advance, be responsible for meeting you at the ticket gate, take your luggage and introduce the tour route, and respond in a timely manner.

Fortunately, our housekeepers, Amu and Xiaoshuai, took good care of us from the moment we entered the park. The room was very beautiful with a stunning view. We were able to enjoy the night view and have a good sleep at night ~ I will come again next time!

I have stayed in many B&Bs or hotels, big and small, but Qifengxin is really a warm and high-quality B&B. Before arriving at Qianhu, the housekeeper Amu asked us about our arrival time. After arriving, he came to the ticket gate of the scenic spot to greet us. He helped us take all the boxes and luggage. This is so happy for us who have been running around for a day! I like the design of the B&B very much. The toiletries and drinks are all branded products. The welcome fruit plate and breakfast plate are also carefully designed. The sound insulation effect is also very good, especially suitable for friends who want to rest and relax. Of course, I decided to stay in Qifengxin because of its viewing balcony. It didn't disappoint me at all. The balcony of the hotel is better than the scenic spot, and there is no need to squeeze people~ Finally, thank the housekeeper Amu for taking care of us during our short stay. We feel very comfortable. I have never commented so seriously on the platform. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Qianhu again, I will still choose Qifengxin as always~

Family travel The hotel has thoughtfully upgraded the family room. The scenery of the hotel is really beautiful and comfortable! Every staff member is serious and responsible, especially the housekeepers Amu and Xiaoshuai. When checking out, the children were given a tie-dyed bunny~ Although the hotel is not easy to walk, it is an unforgettable and special experience.

Sitting on the viewing platform, you can enjoy a different experience, from afternoon tea to dinner, and then a slightly tipsy cocktail plus breakfast in the morning, all the beautiful scenery is in sight. The terrace of the room is even more beautiful. It is recommended for friends who like to view the scenery. It must not be missed.

This time, staying in Qifengxin in Qianhu Miao Village was a wonderful journey. The housekeeper Xiaoshuai came to the gate of the scenic area to pick us up early, helped with the luggage and was warm and thoughtful. The room facilities were complete, comfortable and clean. The balcony could see the scenery of Miao Village. Afternoon tea, fruit and evening sweet soup were provided, and the breakfast was rich! The housekeepers Xiaoliu and Amu provided thoughtful and meticulous service. It is a good place to relax and enjoy the holiday!

The hotel environment is really good. You can see the panoramic view of the Miao Village from the hotel. They also helped us upgrade the room type. In particular, the housekeeper Xiao Shuai went to the parking lot to pick us up to the hotel and carefully gave us welcome fruits and afternoon tea. In short, it was very nice

Although there is no TV and projector, it is equipped with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. There are also many kinds of drinks in the room water bar, which can be drunk for free. The scenery of the hotel and the room is also great. The hotel lobby is a small cafe and bar. There is a super large terrace, which I personally think is more beautiful than the observation deck. It is super photogenic and you don’t have to squeeze with other tourists. Our room also has a small balcony, and the view is the same as the terrace. The hotel service is also very good. There is a dedicated butler. When we arrive, he will go out to Changxiao to pick us up. When we left the hotel, the way down the mountain was more difficult to walk, and we had more luggage, and we also asked the brother to help us carry the luggage down. Good reviews! ! ! My parents took pictures on the balcony of the room and never stayed at the viewing platform again🤭.

But the room has a bit of wood smell and the sound insulation is average.
