What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around.

There was not hot water nor iron for clothes. Staff was nice. No bottle of water provided, that is usual in 4 star hotels

This hotel is a good hotel to go with couple. it is not recommended for business trips.

Good service and very neat and beautiful room in the center of Leiden and a minute's walk from the station! Highly recommended, we would definitely go there again!
