Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung.

I love this hotel! I will come back again. Its nearer to lembang area? Hence it gets abit cold with the wind blows, especially in the morning! But that makes a perfect morning breakfast view & atmosphere. Staff are friendly and nice, they can speak english well too - plus points since my bahasa was.. not good, haha Love the amenities so much too, there’s kids club (alot of variations for children to play with). The pool’s amazing, as well as the koi pond ( you get to feed for free). Only downside is that, the room isnt soundproof. I took the one facing the mountain area, i can hear people walking/closing/locking their door. You can a also hear the waterfall from the pool area (but this is nice) hahah. I really love the morning view through this room though, so amazing! Other than that, love this hotel! Thank you for your service everyone! 👍

I had an amazing stay at The Gaia Hotel Bandung – everything exceeded my expectations. The architecture is stunning and artsy, with a perfect blend of modern design and lush greenery. The outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained and create a refreshing atmosphere. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to The Club, which made my experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Ghanie and Risma for their outstanding assistance – they made everything feel personal and seamless. One thing to note: the lifts can be a bit confusing and feel quite small considering the hotel’s size and number of guests. I hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, this hotel offers a unique and personalized experience. Truly the best in town. I would definitely stay here again.

I like their refreshing welcome drink, tamarind ice tea! The way they serve in the middle of almost noon, and hot, the ice is teally something! I like the designs as well. The hotel design is quite unique and lot to explore. They have SEMEJA resto and MONOMONO for fine dining experience. The pool is great also, the gym is very complete! And don't forget to feed the fish in the pond. They also have green house, nice to stroll around!

Gàià Hotel. A memorable stay during my birthday and family holiday. What a pleasant hotel from the front desk to the very end. Staying in this hotel is a no brainer. The cost is one thing, but the experience and joy that brings for my family is priceless. Special shout out to Pak Wendy (food lead), Pak Fauzi (Kids club), Pak Anam (Gym) and Pak Rio (front desk). You guys are truly awesome at what you do and we would surely come back here! Facilities? No need to mention. Pool and the valley for me is the highlight, the amphitheater, the track, the koi pond, the gym and Kidscad, I can't say no more, but simply beautiful!

The hotel is build at hillside with breathtaking views and fresh air, surrounded by trees and fish pond. From the top floor to the bottom, the vertical height is over 50 meters. It takes about 30 menuits by taxi from Bandung station.

The hotel very clean n smells very good. The staff very helpful n friendly. The activity on the weekend also very good, there are aquatic yoga, mat yoga, Kids activity. The breakfast was good, A lot of variety at Semeja restaurant. Will be back surely
