The self service check in times were not explained fully when booking. The reception was unmanned on arrival. The check in machine didn’t recognise I had already paid. I had to pay again for the full stay. Very poor.

The hotel is on the edge of the city, but there are McDonald's and pizza shops nearby. I went to Carrefour to buy something to eat. The location is not quite right. You have to take a road to the south and go deep into the hotel parking lot. If you take the main road on the map, you have to go around seven kilometers more. The room provides basic facilities, and the high and low beds make the space okay, which is considered a basic sleeping system. But if you pursue comfort, it is definitely impossible.

There should be a few more directions, especially when arriving at night. Good and very welcoming reception. Room: maintenance should be improved, rather poor. Too bad because it doesn't enhance the cleanliness which is good. Breakfast with good quality/price ratio.

This is a VERY basic budget hotel. The room had a bad odour and the bathroom smelled of urine. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but the room was very dated and in need of a serious makeover. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for the Le Mans 24 Hours…..has got everything you need. Secure car parking, air conditioning, very efficient, welcoming staff and it is very close to the tram. Ideal hotel for the race enthusiast.

Receptionist was extremely rude, refused to allow a 25min earlier check in and forced me another guest to wait inside in 30 degree heat and humidity. I was told I “may not wait in the bank when it is closed so why would I believe I could wait in a hotel when it is closed”. This occurred during an event attended by 325 000 people - one would assume flexibility by staff as guests arrive from all around the world. Amenities were basic: no hairdryer, no USB ports to charge devices, no mirror in the room suitable for hair and makeup other than in the bathroom, towels were threadbare and randomly given 1 or 2, sheets are not changed daily under the guise and convenient excuse of being “environmentally conscious”. Breakfast is all processed food and beverages with no healthy options of whole foods. An altogether unpleasant stay. The receptionist set the tone for an unwelcome environment.

Normally the 1er class hotels are average quality. But this one was terrible. The room felt damp and cold, no spare blankets so spent the night shivering. To top it off we found bed bugs in our room...!

The pillows are hard, the minimalist all-you-can-eat breakfast is white bread, no cold meats, cheeses or eggs. We went down to have breakfast at 8:30 a.m., there were only 2 croissants left, we asked for more but there were none!!!! Inadmissible for a so-called all-you-can-eat formula!!!! We will not return to this hotel again.

Very nice spacious hotel for a first class, we were delighted with the space in the room. On the other hand, there is a downside to the coffee machines which are not filled with chocolates. And the cleaning lady who opens our bedroom door at 9 a.m. while we were sleeping is clearly unacceptable! When we don't give the card back it means we're still there!

I arrived around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday April 27 at the first class hotel Le mans university. My card was refused at the automatic terminal, so I called the number which was at reception. The lady I spoke to on the phone and who asked me to restart the payment at the automatic terminal was particularly very unfriendly, which is quite unpleasant. Worse when everything was finally settled, the lady spoke while making fun of me: “oh miracle, it works”: She was making fun of me!

Nice, clean and functional room. Good quality bedding, but "small" pillows. Nice breakfast room and good food offer. Small negative point room overlooking the ring road, so quite noisy even closed window

Well in general, welcome from the perfect manager, depending on the time of year could be put in soft heat so that the room is not cold. Maybe a reserve blanket would be nice.
