Good location but the hotel is quite small, 2nd floor no elevator, have to bring luggage on your own

Best location with good price. Reception staffs are so nice and helpful. No stairs so 1st floor is the BEST. Not clean as hotel’s standard.

The hotel is very close to Nanjing East Road and the Bund, and there are many attractions around it, just a few minutes' walk away. It is next to Exit 6 of Nanjing East Road Subway Station, and the location is convenient. The room is clean, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, with a sweet and bright smile, and helped to delay check-out. Very good, I will stay here again in the future.

This is the first time I can't wait to review a hotel. When choosing a hotel, there are two options of similar location and price, the windowless king room of the All Seasons (most rooms have no windows) and the superior king room of this Home Inn, both of which cost about 420 yuan. I usually don't book a room without windows, so I chose Home Inn. As a result, I found a very strong musty smell as soon as I entered the hotel. The front desk said it was the smell of the air conditioner. After entering the room, the musty smell was overwhelming. I turned on the dehumidifier all night and was woken up in the middle of the night. If it wasn't too late to check in, I would definitely choose another place. Is this moldy and dilapidated state a normal standard for chain hotels? How did such a Home Inn pass the chain assessment? There are many beautiful and very dirty places that I didn't take pictures of, so avoid them, everyone.

The bed is soft and comfortable, making me immersed in sweet dreams. The room is clean and tidy, and I live very comfortably! The hotel has a superior location, convenient travel, and complete surrounding facilities!

Objectively speaking, the location is on Nanjing East Road, very close to Yu Garden and the Bund. However, the hygiene is worrying, the corridor smells of urine, there is no elevator, and the suitcases need to be carried to the second floor. The room is very small, and the bathroom is like a prison. I chose a room without windows. It is small, hot and humid at night. The air conditioner blows directly into my face and cannot be turned on at all. The noise is also loud, ticking all day long. I don’t know if it is a dumpling shop upstairs or the sound of water dripping. I stayed for one night and immediately canceled the reservation in advance.

Facilities: Really old, the toilet door can't be closed, like an outdated guesthouse Environment: There are only one and two floors, no elevator, poor sound insulation, using the toilet upstairs feels like the next second the water will pour on your face, you can hear the conversation in the lobby in the room, and you can hear people talking outside the window near the community clearly. I didn't get a good rest all night, and I was woken up by the sound of the garbage truck outside the window in the morning. I had a headache due to neurasthenia Service: The service attitude is really good. I was arranged to stay on the first floor with a big suitcase. Because I couldn't stay because of something, I asked for early check-out two days later. They are very reasonable. The only thing I am satisfied with. The location is really convenient, nothing special

The location is excellent. It's only two minutes' walk from Exit 6 of Nanjing East Road Subway Station (Exit 7 is the Bund), and it's only ten minutes' walk to the Bund. It's on the street, but not noisy. I stayed with the elderly and children. The room was very clean, the bedding didn't smell, the air conditioner in the room had good power, and there was no damp smell. The staff were very nice and would be very kind to help us solve problems. This location, this price, and this service are really the best hotels I've stayed in in recent years! Just stay here, it's great, this is a personal test from a sister from Northeast China!

The hotel is in an excellent location. It takes only 1 minute to get to the subway. Turn left and you will see Nanjing Road. It is very close to the Oriental Pearl Tower and Chenghuang Temple. There is a snack street opposite the hotel. The price is not expensive and the taste is good. I have recommended 2 colleagues to book here😊😄
