Excellent location just 500m or 05 min walk from Lausanne station. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable. We are pleased as the lady at the front desk kindly allow us an early check in.

The Facilites and the service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff at the reception really went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

Good hotel with close proximity to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great, we stayed in a sailing theme room on the first floor, room was very spacious with queen bed, two balconies and lake view. Windows had electronic shutters for complete comfort and to avoid early morning awakening. Breakfast had good choices of food and beverages.

We booked a family suite, a large room with a double bed, and a small room with two small beds. The door of the small room can be locked. The bathroom is quite large. It is next to the train station, and it takes about 8 minutes to walk from the train station on a relatively large road. You can walk down to the lake to the Olympic Museum. This hotel didn't even inform us that we only booked one night. Because we upgraded and someone else booked it, we didn't know that we were moved to another place for the second night. The hotel just let us stay a few more nights and asked us to pay 900 Swiss room fee when we checked out on the third day💔
