Zleep Hotel Zürich-Kloten Reviews

Zleep Hotel Zurich-Kloten does what it sets out to do for an overnight stay before a flight out of Zurich Airport. It has the bare minimum in terms of amenities and customer service, with an automated check in machine that requires you to manually enter all your own details, and nothing (including no kettle, tea/coffee) in the room other than basic furniture and linen. DO NOT use the airport shuttle service advertised next to the check in machines. It is run by a third party provider called Simul Group, which is an absolute scam. I had booked and paid for a pick up for the morning of my check out, didn’t receive a confirmation and so called the company, who told me to check with reception the next morning. The next morning, reception did not have confirmation of my booking, so they called Simul Group, who claimed they did not receive my booking and advised me to book and pay again. I was not going to pay a second time, so called them twice myself but they did not pick up. Hotel reception helped me to call them again and they picked up immediately, saying they didn’t want to speak with me because they couldn’t speak English, even though they had spoken to me in English the night before. After much persuasion by hotel reception (including with proof from my banking app that I had indeed already paid), the company finally agreed to the pick up, but they still did not send any receipt or confirmation of payment. Avoid using Simul Group at all costs and go down the road to catch the public bus to the airport instead.

Convenient location. 15 mins train to Zurich HB (city centre). Friendly staff. There are also a few supermarkets nearby.

I stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location near the airport, but my experience was mixed. The bathroom in my room was quite small, making it feel cramped. The staffs were also not particularly friendly. While it’s a good option for quick airport access, improvements in service would make it much better.

Check-in requires manual input at the machine, which can take some time as all guest details need to be entered. The hotel is conveniently located near several supermarkets, with a burger restaurant right next door. There are a few 15-minute parking spots available in front of the hotel, and it’s also close to Kloten train station.

It’s the cost effective hotel and the kloten train station is just 2 min away of walking. And Coop supermarket is just 1 min from hotel. So, the location is super nice for me. I can take the train from Kloten station and explore around Switzerland. 🇨🇭

This hotel is new ! Can enjoy the self check in ! Most importantly it is near airport !

Everyone is nice

The hotel is very close to the airport, and there are buses. The hotel is self-service check-in. We spent a long time operating the self-service machine. We had to enter a reservation number, but no one told us the reservation number. After the money was deducted, we should enter our name to check in. It was as troublesome as a Schengen visa. Later, Ctrip called the person in charge of the hotel. After 10 minutes, someone finally came. The waiter tried for a long time but failed. Later, he just gave up and gave us the room card! Well, this is how we lived for an hour~~ The hotel room was very clean and new, and there were no hotel supplies. Anyway, it was just one night, so it was okay to make do with it.

The hotel is just a short walk from the station✨ It was clean and comfortable🙆♂️😊 At first I was a little worried about checking in and out at the unmanned front desk, but I was able to complete the procedure without any problems! There were many USB ports, which was very helpful🥹🙏 The room was also air-conditioned and functional, making it very comfortable! It's a shame that we only stayed there for a short time before our flight on the last day of our trip😢 Next time I come to Switzerland, I'd love to enjoy a meal included! Thank you very much!

The hotel facilities are very good and worth the money. There is only one man at the front desk who looks serious, but the female waiter is very enthusiastic! It is very close to the airport, subway station and supermarket. Recommended!
