Hotel is well located, close to the Guggenheim and a short walk from the old town. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

I arrived at Bilbao Airport around 12 o'clock and checked in late, but the staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was clean, and although I don't speak Spanish, the staff were very friendly and there was no difficulty at all!

Excellent attention and service. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. At the reception they gave us very good advice on what to do in the city, means of transport and recommendations in general. The location is unbeatable We would definitely repeat this hotel again.

The room is relatively compact. The location is very good, just by the river, within walking distance from the main attractions in the city. There are no vegetables for breakfast, mainly custard and cereal. No ironing board, laundry room, no unsolicited provision of disposables. The gym is in the basement, very small with no windows.
