This confirmation was for a central tower room. At check-in, we got placed in North Tower... With a nice view of the parking lot. Elevators are old, slow, and can be a wait. But gift shop, restraunts, and the river front location were good.

The rooms could be a little cleaner for them to be newly renovated. All in all I’ll stay there again. Great family place.

We had a great time for a short visit! The hotel was clean and nice to stay in. Our view was beautiful. Overall it was a short pleasant stay! We definitely will be coming back.

Check in was easy. Attendant was nice Room was as expected. Good for the experience. All staff throughout our time at Harrah's were professional and helpful Great table games.

The hotel is very good, generally 3-star standard, as long as it has a private river beach. It is a very pleasant hotel, but there are too few people at the front desk. I waited a long time to check in.
