I continued this hotel for 1 more night, location is excellent! 15 min to one of the best mall of Santiago, a lot of restaurants and shops around

Staff very nice and willing to help since we cannot speak Spanish.

San Diego is a relatively safe area, after all, it is a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. But the Olivia restaurant downstairs is really good, not only the price is affordable, but the taste is also suitable for Chinese people.

The room is OK, but a little small, but I was transiting in Madrid, so it was OK to stay for one night. The hygiene was OK. The service was OK. The room was relatively quiet.

The location is very good. Las Condas is a wealthy area with relatively better security. Breakfast is OK. The room is very very small. The so-called twin room is a large bed "cut apart". Be careful when booking a twin room.

The location is very good. But the facilities and service leave much to be desired. The mattress on the bed was in very bad condition. The TV control never worked, despite going to the reception 3 times. One of the elevators was not working. The insulation of the room is terrible, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
