Stayed here for one night. Overall it was ok, nothing terrible but nothing memorable either. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as you would expect from Premier Inn. It is definitely showing its age with broken lamp switches in the room and the outside isn't very appealing. Check in was straight forward and the staff polite but not particular engaging. We had booked breakfast but were not informed about the set up. I asked about breakfast and was told it was not in the pub next door but it was down a corridor. Good job I asked! Breakfast is served in a very small room, which cannot seat many people. Not as good a choice as the usual Premier Inn. The two staff did their best to clear tables and refill the food. This room is inadequate for the amount of rooms the hotel has. The tv reception is not great and the wifi kept dropping out. No aircon at this hotel but they provide a fan, which really doesnt cut it when the weather is really hot. Lots of parking though and the pub next door is well worth a visit.

I travelled with my daughter for an appointment in Larbert, Scotland. The building was large, nothing special, and the room was basic. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but I suggest given the prices charged, an upgrade is needed.

Comfortable stay, only a few minutes from the hospital which was really convenient for us as we were visiting my sick father. We were able to extend our booking and the very helpful martin on the desk ensured we stayed in the same room and made sure we were topped up with coffee, we definitely needed it!

On arrival, the outside of the building looks very run down, it could do with a paint. The car park is large, plenty of room for lots and cars, it does look a bit messy with lots of rubbish about. We had a double room, it was clean, probably could do with updating. It was a big room, had a comfy bed. There were a mirror with a light around it and a full length mirror in the room, but not one on the dressing table. No plug for your phone at the side of the bed. Bathroom had a bath and a shower, but not a detachable shower for your hair if you didn't want to get in the shower. The shower was powerful, and we had plenty of really hot water. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Staff friendly. We ate in the pub next door every evening and the food was lovely and a good price.

Firstly, I have to say the breakfast at the inn was excellent, friendly staff, great selection to eat, lovely dining area and everything was spotless, the cutlery was shining, it was that good! 5 star for that! The staff throughout the inn were all friendly, helpful and polite. The 3 marks, is the room, but to be honest the quality at all Premier inns over the last few years have declined terribly. They used to be so much better and nicer than a Travel lodge, but small details like a toilet paper dispensers rather than rolls, just isn’t nice. This room lacked seating, where they could’ve had space, there was one badly stained chair to sit on, otherwise you had a bed with only one pillow each, so not comfy to sit on, but if you’re spending days there (as we had planned for hospital visits) it wasn’t an area you could sit down and relax. I don’t understand why there couldn’t be a dining table, chairs and a comfy seat, there was room, even put it at the window if the sloping roof was the issue. The bathroom walls had mould, the bathroom floor was terribly uneven, warped and collected water in the sunken hole. The shower head wasn’t nice n clean and the overall appearance was very tired, and I prefer toilet roll; not dispensers. The supplied soaps were very good. Premier Inn, (not directed at any location in particular, just them as a whole) you need to drop the Premier or do better! Thank you to the staff at Larbert, you were all so lovely and helpful, the breakfast area and breakfast was superb!

I really enjoyed my weekend at Premier Inn Larbert, Great customer service. Clean and fresh bedroom. I would recommend the unlimited breakfast which was filling and excellent value for money. Easy access to motorway for travel in central Scotland or as an overnight stop for long distance travel.

This Premier Inn has a large free car park, but the building itself looks very uninspiring from the outside and I was initially rather apprehensive about going in. When we went in, we were greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist and found our room to be very clean, warm and with a window that opened. Bathroom was adequate, with plenty of hot water. We were there for two nights and it would have been more comfortable if an easy chair had been provided. As it was, the only seating was a desk chair and the bed. There was plenty of room for more furniture. Two nights accommodation cost just over £100, plus an extra £10.00 for two days premium WiFi, which worked well. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. We paid over £9.00 each for a Continental breakfast (hot breakfast is £1 more). Our breakfast was not worth what we paid. There was very little choice, no fresh fruit, limited choice of fruit juices and a couple of tired pastries. White bread was available for us to toast, but no brown or granary bread. We had this breakfast on the first morning, but on the second morning we found a local cafe online and had a very nice hot breakfast with coffee that cost several pounds less. This hotel is good value for sleeping, but don't eat there.

Was a standard premier inn room. It was nice that the window could open. The heating was fiddly but eventually understood that when you set it it would take a while to work. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so room got a bit steamy. One of the window curtains was jammed shut, so not a lot of natural light ( we didn't bother complaining, had other personal problems to deal with). The lamp on the desk didn't seem safe as the button was broken and it didn't work at all and part of the hair dryer was broken off. The bed was lovely and comfy and pressure in the shower was great. Lady in the reception was very nice and friendly.

We had a great stay. Got a very good rate. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We stayed here and travelled to Edinburgh for a day out and a show, so the location of this hotel was excellent for getting to the train station. Would definitely book here again.
