I came to Lanzhou for eight days, and I chose Hilton for five days. I chose this room because of its bathroom, which is really amazing, very large and bright, which is rare. The service is online, the hygiene is also very good, especially the breakfast and the evening buffet, I am very satisfied. The dining environment is very good! Unfortunately, in Lanzhou in December, the temperature of my room was as high as 28 degrees, which greatly affected my sleep! I had to contact the staff to help me open the window, which solved the problem a little, but also brought noise. With such a hot and cold sleeping environment, I felt feverish and dizzy on the third night. Obviously, I caught a cold, and it was a severe cold. This made me lose my appetite and couldn't get up the energy to discover the beauty of Lanzhou. I don't know if it's just my room or all the rooms. I think temperature, light, and noise control are the most basic functional components of a five-star hotel. I hope such mistakes will not happen again.
